As anHR executive at Deltek, Digital Management andWashington Consulting, Michael led teams to developinnovative human capital management programsand initiatives. Previously, Michael held a variety ofpositions at American Management Systems andBooz Allen Hamilton where he executed on talentacquisition, total rewards, performance management,strategic HR partnership and philanthropy strategies.Michael serves the community as a board member ofTeardrops to Rainbows, an organization dedicatedto supporting families of children with cancer. Michaelearned a Bachelor’s degree in economics fromthe University of Connecticut and is currentlycompleting his Masters degree in Human Resources atGeorgetown University. Michael resides inGaithersburg, Maryland with his wife and daughter andenjoys cooking and college basketball.
