engage there. Consider restricting all Group conversations to one thread on coronavirus.
Topics:
Celebrate people who are writing supportive or informative posts in the Group. Create a topic

Post approval:
Temporarily turning post approval on (for individual members or the entire Group) can help
you manage an influx of incoming questions.
Posting controls in your Page:
Control if visitors can post on your Page by allowing
or disabling posts by other people. You can also turn
messaging on or off for your Page.
Social Learning units:
If you have a series of info or resources to share,
create a unit in your Group to direct people to. We
recommend sharing links to the World Health
Organization.
Member Requests:
If you receive an influx of requests, you can put a
hold on accepting member requests or automatically
approve new member requests based on certain
membership requirements that you set.
As people search for more information and support during this time, you can use a few
tools to manage an increase of posts, comments and questions. Learn more here to

then "Settings & Privacy" on the bottom, then "Privacy Shortcuts", then "Use two-factor authentication".
On Instagram, go to settings, then "Security", then "Two-Factor Authentication".
Password: Use a strong password that is unique and never shared with anyone. Avoid using anything

Facebook Admins: Selecting and assigning the right admin roles will help you manage your Facebook
Page without risking passwords or financial information. Each person will log into their own personal
account and work on the Page from there. Remember not everyone needs to have complete admin
control over a page; some people only need editorial or advertiser responsibilities.
Comment Moderation: Use Comment Filters to block specific words or phrases on your Facebook and
Instagram Posts. On Facebook, visit “Settings” and then “General” and “Page Moderation” to add the
words you want to block separated by commas. From your general settings, you can also click “Profanity
