TDC & BDC. Overhaul and replacement of redial and tangential cut piston rod packing.
Refurbishment of compressor suction and discharge valves. Fixed crankshaft oil seal
leak. Detection of knocking in compressor, maintaining big end bearing and small end
bush clearance. Repair of related auxiliary equipment’s.
Centrifugal Compressor:
• Single Stage, Magnetic Bearing and Dry Gas seal type, Model PV 52, used for gas
circulation.
Centrifugal Pump :
• Alignment checking., Bearing replacement., Mechanical Seal replacement., Impeller &

6. Casing Wear ring clearance checking., Checking run out of Shaft, Flushing Fluid Coolant.,
Mechanical sleeve inspection & replacement.
Static Equipment :
• Heat Exchangers (Shell & tube type,) Columns, Vessels, Storage tanks, Boilers,
• level gauge glass, Coke Drum, Coolers, Fin fan, Valves (PRV, PSV, NRV, Gate V., Globe
V., Ball V,. Butterfly V.), and Piping.
• Hydro–testing & plugging of leakage tubes of Heat Exchangers, hydro–jet cleaning
of tube-bundles. Repairs of trays & Bubble Caps of Columns,
• Replacement of lub. oil , Air-flushing of Air Filters, Water & Fuel Gas Strainers &
Demisters etc, removal of Valves for repairs & testing, lubricating valves spindles &
lapping the valves seat. Fit-up/ fab., erection & Hydro–testing of piping .

o Centrifugal Compressor:-
Checking alignment & leveling.

Bearing Interference checking.
Run out of Pinion Shaft.

o Gland replacement, Stem replacement, Valve sheet lapping & Diamond cut.
o trip-down, inspection and reassembly of sliding-stem, pneumatic, process control
valves
o Includes safety requirements, bench-setting and valve positioner alignment /
calibration including set-up for split-range operation
o Further field-checking of electro-pneumatic positioners and checks using Hart
communicator
o Familiarization of control valve installation details on operational plant
