Celador was taken over by Complete Communications and there
was certain shareholders like Paul Smith and Jasper Carrott.
Then under the owner ship Complete Celador expands to
fledgling radio, film and international businesses. However later
on Complete Communications announced to sell the company.
Complete Communications have also worked on many other
different films like slum dog millionaire and they have also helped
out with the program who wants to be a millionaire. They made a
lot of money selling there rights all around the world.
In 2004 Celador took legal action agents Disney for what claimed
were being unpaid profits for Disney screening of a programmed
in the US.
Complete Communication sell themselves to a Dutch company

Celador began with a project base however when who wants to

Descent. Decent came out in 2006 with a budget
of 3.5 million pound. What also came out about
the same time was 20th century Fox's X-Men Last
Stand with a budget of 135 million.

Celador is a small company one of there competitors is DNA
Films, another one is Film4 Productions and Sony Picture
Entertainment.
DNA Films are based in the UK they have done films like Never
Let me Go, Ex Machine and many many more.
Film4 Productions this company cut there budget and staff in
2002 because of mounting losses and then was brought by
channel 4 to work I there drama department.
