INTRODUCTION
Positive messages are mostly use in workplace. They are direct and straight
forward which helps worker in organization. Such messages use simple
requests for information and action, replies to customers and explanation
to fellow employee as its affect them and why its important to do. Positive
messages are instructions as well as direct claim and complaints.
