Dear Megan W,
Thank you very much for your presentation dated 18th October. It was a
very good insight into your progress and ideas so far considering how you can
help get people involved in local regeneration.
From watching your presentation, I can see that you had an excellent
understanding of the brief and a good community focus. You were aware of
your audience, with reference to the survey and results. You had clearly
prepared well, done detailed research and worked well as a team.
I did, however feel that you could consider where your documentary could be
shown – channel/special screening/online/local cinema etc. At the next stage
you could be more detailed on HOW you want it to regenerate and what you
want the public to do.
Overall, I feel that the presentation was excellent and something we are very
interested in hearing more about.
I look forward to seeing how your ideas develop and how you take on board the
advice given here and the feedback from those also watching your presentation.
I look forward to the week beginning 9th December when I get to see the
development of your campaign and some draft work.
Remember to keep referring to the brief so you stay focused on the task.
