Dear Dan,
Thank you very much for your presentation dated 15th October. It was a
good insight into your progress and ideas so far considering how you can help
get people involved in local regeneration.
From watching your presentation, I can see that you many references to some
of the issues we have mentioned. You had a good understanding of the local
area and some good ideas for your campaign, including use of social networking.
I did, however feel that you need a lot more on whom your target audience are
and how you intend to appeal to them to get involved. At the next stage you
need to show more about the target audience and their needs. Developing your
presentational style will also improve your work- more eye contact, clear voices
and well-chosen visuals will help.
Overall, I feel that the presentation was good and something we are interested
in hearing more about.
I look forward to seeing how your ideas develop and how you take on board the
advice given here and the feedback from those also watching your presentation.
I look forward to the week beginning 9th December when I get to see the
development of your campaign and some draft work.
Remember to keep referring to the brief so you stay focused on the task.
