Dear Polly,
Thank you very much for your presentation dated 15th October. It was a
very good insight into your progress and ideas so far considering how you can
help get people involved in local regeneration.
From watching your presentation, I can see that you had an excellent
understanding of the brief, with clear reference to many of the issues we have
mentioned. You had a sharp awareness of the importance of audience and their
needs. It was a clear and well planned presentation.
I did, however feel that you could work on your presentation style, as you spoke
very fast and was rather quiet, making it difficult to hear all your points. At the
next stage you need to show how your project has progressed and where your
campaign will be promoted.
Overall, I feel that the presentation was very good and something we are very
interested in hearing more about.
I look forward to seeing how your ideas develop and how you take on board the
advice given here and the feedback from those also watching your presentation.
I look forward to the week beginning 9th December when I get to see the
development of your campaign and some draft work.
Remember to keep referring to the brief so you stay focused on the task.
