Dear Jack,
Thank you very much for your presentation dated 15th October. It was a
very good insight into your progress and ideas so far considering how you can
help get people involved in local regeneration.
From watching your presentation, I can see that you had an understanding of
the brief and good comments on community focus. You gave clear comments on
your learning from the survey and good consideration of the benefits of your
campaign ideas. You were aware of the needs of your target audience.
I did, however feel that you could attempt to engage the audience more, using
eye contact or clearer speech and at the next stage you could be more detailed
on the products for your campaign and where your filmed product would be
shown (e.g. TV channel/programmes).
Overall, I feel that the presentation was very good and something we are very
interested in hearing more about.
I look forward to seeing how your ideas develop and how you take on board the
advice given here and the feedback from those also watching your presentation.
I look forward to the week beginning 9th December when I get to see the
development of your campaign and some draft work.
Remember to keep referring to the brief so you stay focused on the task.
