2. Customer Service Associate
The customer service associate will:
• handle inbound calls from various clients, educating and
assisting them as they sort out complex issues and
questions.
• receive calls one right after another, with little or no time
between calls.
• use active listening and problem solving skills to evaluate
the customer’s needs all while using multiple computer
screens.
3. Requirements
• 1 yr. + customer service or sales experience preferably in call a
center or retail environment such as the sporting goods, high-end
luxury, gifting or general merchandise markets
• Flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule (you will be working
either a Saturday or a Sunday)
• Above-average phone, email, and computer skills.
• Excellent computer skills with the ability to toggle between
multiple screens and easily navigate the internet.
• High School Degree/GED
• Ability to pass a criminal background check (no theft or violence)
4. Term
This position is a seasonal position. The department will
determine when the end of the peak season. Typically the
season ends at the end of the year or beginning of the next
year.
Seasonal but potential for full time placement based on
performance
5. Compensation
You will be compensated for every hour worked. Adecco’s
pay day is Friday and our preferred method of payment is
direct deposit or CitiBank pay card.
• Pay - $9.00 per hour + $1 per hour bonus paid at the end
of the term if you qualify.

7. Attendance and Tardiness
• Attendance will be tracked closely throughout the
assignment. Punctuality is extremely important.
• During the training period (1-2 weeks), you cannot miss
any work or be late (or you will be terminated).
• If a situation out of your control arises you must call
Adecco, we have 24 hour voicemail, as well as GSI’s
dedicated tardiness line to report your tardiness. This is
AFTER training.
