PROFESSIONAL DEMEANOR
6. • If you are going to be late to an
assignment, or have to call in sick,
please contact your LLoyd office
ASAP so that we can inform the
client.
• You will never have to contact
the client company directly –
unless you have been asked by
the client to do so.
• LLoyd is your employer and we
will contact our client. Please call
us as early as possible so that we
can take proper action.
• Our phone lines are open 24/7 –
so even if the offices are closed,
you may leave a message.
IF YOU ARE
RUNNING LATE
7. • Inform us at least ONE HOUR
prior to your assignment’s
scheduled start time.
• We will inform the client company
of your pending absence, but you
must FIRST inform us!
• Call/email LLoyd – do both in the
event that your LLoyd Talent
Specialist is out of the office.
CALLING IN SICK
8. • Stay in touch with your Talent
Specialist. Be sure you know his
or her name, phone number and
email address.
• Contact your Specialist on a
regular basis to update him or
her about any changes to your
skill set, home address, contact
information and work availability.
It is our goal to place you on
new assignments as they
become available.
YOUR LLOYD TALENT SPECIALIST
9. • If the client company wants to extend your assignment, let us know.
• Or, if your assignment ends earlier than scheduled, please make us
aware. We always want to know your availability. This will give you
the best opportunity of being assigned and continuing to work.
10. • Your LLoyd Talent Specialist may email you
tests to help broaden the scope of your potential
assignments.
• These tests are quick and easy and can be
completed at your convenience on your own
computer. The testing link will be mailed to you.
• Sometimes a home computer blocks the
testing notification and places it in a spam folder.
• Be on the lookout for an email
from an address that
indicates it is a “test
notification” so that
you can unblock it.
