Getting setup on Dispatch
is quick and easy!
➢ Download Dispatch Manager (links below for Apple and
Android phones)
➢ Sign in using your cell number
➢ Enter in 4-Digit Verification code (you will receive text
message upon sign in)
➢ Accept the standard terms and conditions/allow access to
camera
➢ Make sure your name/email/address/telephone
number/role/Bio/Profile Picture are set correctly

6. How to add my technicians?
➢ Go to Team Settings
➢ Add user
➢ Name, phone #, email address
➢ Select Role (Technician, Dispatcher)
➢ Press Save
Your technician will get a text message to:
➢ Download the Dispatch Field app
➢ Sign in using your cell number
➢ Enter in 4-Digit Verification code (you will receive text message upon
sign in)
➢ Accept the standard terms and conditions/allow access to camera
➢ Post Profile Picture

How will be informed of jobs?
When our KCR’s book a job in your area, we will
send both a text message and email
notification to alert you. Please make sure to
review the job alert and press ACCEPT, if you
agree with the:
Service Summary (Type of job/work)
Your Payout*
Location
Timing - Urgent or Scheduled Job
*Please note that if you arrive on site and re-diagnose the issue to be different than how KCRs booked the job,
please call the KCR line and we will handle rebooking the appropriate order.

HOW TO ACCEPT
➢ Press Accept in the job alert text message
➢ Once you receive the job open the Dispatch App
➢ Swipe down to refresh your My Jobs page
➢ Select the job - this is where the job details will be
displayed
HOW TO ASSIGN
➢ Choose your technician (or assign to yourself)
➢ Don't forget to press SAVE
➢ Your technician will get an text message from Dispatch
➢ Contact the customer as soon as possible

After you get off the call with the
customer, you must go back into the
Dispatch app and tap the “On My Way”
button. KeyMe will send a notification to
the customer which will allow to see when
you/your technician will arrive.
We know being locked out is frustrating. Once you mark,
“On My Way”, our customers can view and track you/your
technicians ETA. Once you get on the site, press, “Start
Appointment”, and then the GPS feature will be turned off.

comply can
lead to losses
in bonuses,
like the
cancellation
fee.

Once on location you must:
➢ Press Start Appointment
➢ Review the Job Description notes
➢ KeyMe prides itself on diagnosing our customers
issues properly. However, we understand that job
alerts are always subject to change/adding a new
product or service. When this happens you must call
or KCR’s @ (833) 600-0754. When calling, please list:
○ Name of your company
○ Work order ID #
○ Let us know how much you need to your take
home pay to be
○ KeyMe will immediately connect with the
customer and secure additional payment, we
will make sure to send you an message once
we are successfully able to book an additional
service for you.

complete, our customers will get a
text message and can enter in their
feedback. The more 5-star review,
the better!

● Every Monday, you will receive a “KeyMe Job Summary” email from your Account
Manager.
● This summary will itemize all the jobs that were marked “Complete” within the
past 7 days.
● In order to receive payment, please review the summary and send us a response
authorizing the ACH payment to go into your bank account on file.
● After confirmation, you will get paid out within 1 - 3 business days.

➢ Use good communication skills since you will be working with all different types of KeyMe customers
➢ Show great principal and show adequate processes for providing unparalleled customer service
