4. Purpose
■ To help the community to prevent pollution and maintain
the cleanliness.
■ Inform the citizens in Barangay Tabionan to be aware about
the importance of 3R’s.
■ To make them realize that in every solid waste material
there’s a benefit that they will use to have income or
money. Instead of throwing the garbage in everywhere they
must recycle it for sure the community become clean and
the people have a profit.
■ To produce new innovation thing from solid waste material.

5. Description
This project promoting the 3Rs (Reduce, Reuse and
Recycle) to save and protect our natural environment from
pollution. We want to inform every barangay about the 3Rs
and to aware them what will be the cause and effect of
improper disposal of garbage. Encourage every citizen to
participant and do this kind of activity for extra income. It
is also a pastime job while they are staying at house. They
don't even use expensive material to innovate one thing
from solid waste material. The 3R’s help to cut down on the
amount of waste we throw away. They conserved natural
resources, landfill space and energy. Plus, the 3R’s save land
and money communities must use to dispose of waste in
landfill.
