2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Post Recruitment:
• Doing the joining formalities for the new joining.
• Doing the reference checks and also the background verification.
• Giving off the access cards / ID cards and address verification letter to the candidates in order to
enable them to open the salary account with the concerned banks.
Process and Operations:
• Making attendance inputs, collating attendance and maintaining leave register.
• Maintaining MUSTER register – on attendance and leaves.
• Confirm the candidates joining and organizing completion of joining formalities, Introduction of
employees to all concerned.
Candidate / Employee Relations:
• OPEN HOUSE – Contact & meet the associates on regular basis and solve the issues related to
salary, leave, PF etc.
Database & MIS:
• Follow up on attendance with various sides for the payroll processing on time.
• Build, maintain and grow HR database (trackers) and keep it up to date.
• Maintain the files of new joining / resignees / PF withdrawal status.
• Maintain various dashboards – payroll data, leave data, manpower data.
Others:
• To ensure smooth running of the admin activities in the branch.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
MS OFFICE: MS-Word, MS-Excel.
