Power / Distribution Transformers
• Enquiry Generation, Preparation of Techno- Commercial offer in line with the Customer
specification, Managing the inquires, i.e. planning for the entire inquires and then mapping the
progress with respect to Priorities.
• Co-ordinate with Electrical and Mechanical Design Engineers for enquiry related designs, technical
Clarifications, Deviations as per timeline defined in schedule.
• Involved in deep rooted R&D as well as direct interaction with customers to better understand their
requirements. Looking after different financial aspects like Costing of the transformers.
• Design Analysis of Distribution, Special, & Power Transformers from 160 kVA to 160 MVA, 220
KV.Transformers bid/proposal/quotation preparations in consultation with cross functional teams
like Engineering, Commercial, Supply chain management, Quality, Vendor etc up to 100 MVA, 220
KV.
• Intimate levels of customer interaction in a variety of capacities and Order Finalization by Techno
Commercial discussion , Provide techno commercial support to Front end sales team all over India
from early lead stage to order finalization.
• Co-ordination with consultants, Customers & Branch representatives for Pre-Tendering &
Post-tendering activities. Interaction with Consultants / customers for Specification, Drawing,
Product approval activities.
• Maintaining the operating RMC within cut off level with improved payment terms with better
profitability , Attending Techno- commercial meeting for order booking .
• Order re-view & Co-ordination with design for drawing preparation, Co-ordination with
branch/ Customer for advance payment & Drawing approval. Obtaining manufacturing
clearance.
• Market Share improvement & Product management as per latest market trend
• Identifying potential market for our products & potential areas/segments for increasing business
volume.
• Acquisition of new customers & Increase sales to the existing customers, carrying out techno
commercial evaluations, presale support, tech presentations etc, for obtaining business from
various industries.
• Interacting with customers and closing sales, co-ordinate support to the customer, managing the

domestic & international, Daily update of order Booking & Billing.
• Travelled to various parts of India to meet the customers for effective interaction to wards Product
promotion.
• Identifying Potential Customers, Consultants (Like …ABB, SIEMENS, UTTAM GALVA, AFRICAN
COMMODITIES, NTPC, BHEL, STERLING & WILSON, KPTCL, etc).

• Preparing Bill of Materials using SAP before releasing for Manufacturing.
• Support Production, SCM and testing teams during manufacturing/testing stage in terms of Engineering
documentation as per timeline defined in order schedule.
• Co-ordinate with mechanical engineers for order related Mechanical design.
• Provide Support to Techno Commercial Marketing function for technical clarifications and tender
designs up to 10 MVA, 33 KV.

Optimal co-ordination of over current relays in power system. (Using MI – Power Software)
Description: In this project, overcurrent relay coordination has been carried out. In this current setting and
time multipliers setting of all relays are considered as parameters. Different faults conditions are considered
and simulated for the system considered. Also backup time is varied and its effect on relay coordination has
been carried out. The overcurrent relay coordination studies has been done for 6 bus, 8 bus test system and
has been implemented for a 40 bus practical system
