5. Mr. A.G. Krishna murthy started his advertising career with shilpi advertising in 1976 and moved to reliance industry as
advertising manager for 4 years later he founded mudra communication.
Mr. A. G. Krishnamurthy founded mudra communication on 25th march 1980. Had only 15 employees, 500 sq.Ft space and rs
40,000 as startup capital.
In 1990, mudra signed a collaboration agreement with ddb needham worldwide.
Mr. Krishnamurthy started mudra with only one brand VIMAL 1980 & even launched rasna in 1983. Today it has more than
125 clients.
In 1995 mr. Krishnamurthy was nominated as the advertising person of the year.
Within 9 years they were the largest indian advertising agency.
They have a team of over 1100 employees across 26 offices

• Second notable campaign was the launch of soft drink concentrate Rasna with tagline
‘I Love You Rasna' in 1983. In 1986, rasna became india's largest selling soft drink
concentrate.
• In 1998 mudra positioned Peter England apparel brand as ‘The Honest Shirt' helping
achieve sales of 2 million shirts.
• Also coined the baseline for LIC, ‘Zindagi Ke Saath Bhi, Zindagi Ke Bad Bhi’ which
