Ran one of the plants four production crews that make ~10 million cans a day 24/7 362 days per year. The production
crew consists of the production technicians on the line, general technicians that performed the work on the
periphery, chemical process operators, electricians, and machinists. Responsible for a manufacturing crew of 35
production technicians including two team leaders.
 Responsible for all production goals including GLY, Spoilage, DMR’s and daily shipping schedule
 Planned and schedule all vacation and approved all employee hours in Kronos
 Developed and maintained crew evaluations and development plans to ensure production efficiency
was increased through training
BIOCHEM FLUIDICS, Boonton, NJ 7/2014 – Present
Production/Quality Manager
Direct all production operations, including ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2008 regulations and standards for
precision-engineered products. Recruit, train, and supervise assembly staff, as well as integrate motivational
