 Directing the development and Implementation of key procurement strategies / contingency plans for
commodities and ensuring that plans are aligned with production/Project requirements.
 Manage Warehouse Operations, materials planning, budgeting, forecasting and allocation.
Inventory Management
 Oversee inward & outward stock movement through effective coordination with the warehouse in-charge.
 Ensure sufficient space availability through proper coordination, planning and follow -ups.
Customer Service & Feedbacks
 Effectively deal with customer requests, queries and complaints and take necessary action from feedback
generated.
 Permeate a culture of customer service leading to customer retention.
 Interact with customers, obtain their feedback and address their concerns and queries.
Man Management
 Supervise logistics employees to facilitate streamlined operations.
 Ensure that all staff are adequately trained to be competent in their function and that they adhere to the
logistics disciplinary policies.

  Setting new standards of work for the team members and taking initiatives to groom them
wherever necessary in order to minimize errors related to logistics as well at the administrative level and
also initiating new steps to avoid stock differences.
 Co-ordinate incoming and outgoing stock.
 Manage warehouse costing, Budgeting and forecasting.
 Ensure all work is carried accordance with Health and Safety Guidelines.
 Verifying MSDS and follow the instruction brief to handling team about chemical storage and handling task
as per the EHS dept.
