to USAMMA (US Army Medical Materiel Agency). The primary role of this contract is to perform logistical
support services to US Army field units globally. Medical equipment needed for US Army hospitals or medical

the location to inventory, verify, and to sign the equipment to the receiving unit on USAMMAs behalf.
The Management Analyst – Middle position, commonly known as the Deputy Project Manager, is primarily

responsibilities;
Conduct and participate in formal and informal reviews at pre-determined points throughout the project

Assess and apply multiple organizational, and management improvement techniques in a government or

time from when the equipment was received by the unit and provided the required documentati on to
USAMMA.
Review client requirements and participate in client problem-solving and in the recommendation process.
We identified an issue with the STO process. This process is a transportation order that releases
equipment to field units. There was roughly hundreds of millions of dollars of equipment unaccounted for
over a five year period. We developed processes and procedures that spanned over three agencies. Over
the last fiscal year we were able to recover or account for approximately 65%-70% of the equipment.
