 Process and product validation /first sample approval: Ensure the quality of the
first produced samples, by checking the accuracy between unit needs and supplier
achievements on parts.
 Non-conformity Management: In case of non-conformity of the supplier, ensure
8D/PDCA reports is correctly applied by the supplier to ensure quick and
permanent solving of the non-conformity
 Supplier performance management: Gather and communicate data to measure
supplier quality performance, performance issues are addressed by an action plan

 Pre-shipment inspection: - when necessary organize and or perform inspection of
parts at supplier‘s to ensure their quality before delivery to unit according to pre-
shipment inspection procedure and instruction.

and /or manage specific projects or workshops when required to improve supplier
process.
 Monitoring and reporting of Key performance indicators:- P2s,P2, % of audit
coverage,8D response time,% recurring non-conformities, closure of
Classification & process audit NCs.

Important achievements:-
 Developed various Gravity casting and sand casting components in India for
CTs, CVT, Bushings
 Developed various components FRP, Epoxy, DMC components required for LT
and CVT
 Identified new supplier for Corona ring for 765kv and Suspension clamps for LT
 Identified and Established Helium leak testing for parts of Bushing.
 Validated various items like Porcelain bushings, Castings, FRP, Epoxy, DMC ,
Pre-compressed boards, machined components ,Fabrication, o rings etc
 Successful completion of import localization of various parts related RPV

 Worked with project team for the development of outdoor type vacuum circuit
