Handling of supplier quality dept dealing with more than 60 vendors. Handling of NPD products of three plants. Co ordination the training s along with HR. In process, final product audits. Achievements. Segregation charges at customer end reduced from 75 lakhs per Anum to 28 laths. Customer complaints reduced from 82 to 26 per annual Manpower in QA reduced by 10% CMM inspection delay time reduced by 8 %to 2%. End to end rejection reduced from 22 % to 6%. Quality rating of Navistar improved from 82 %to 94%. Quality rating of Itl improved from 65% to 95%. Quality rating of Eaton improve from 70% to 88%. Successfully passed following audits.
