2. VENDOR DEVELOPMENT & SUPPLIER QUALITY: Prioritize, perform vendor assessment and identify
high business impact areas related to supplier quality improvement, Suppliers & Contractors Credentials
evaluation on the Quality safety, Productivity, Performance etc parameters, Factory Inspections and
depending upon their performance approving them for the execution of order as pilot or series. Monitoring
Supplier Quality Monitor the performance of suppliers in terms of rejections & defects & evolve action
plan for improvements along with materials & supplier.
COPQ MONITORING: Monitor External & Internal cost of poor quality on the defined parameters by the
management and reporting the cost to the management along with the steps for the reduction of the
same.
MATERIAL INSPECTION: Stage, in- process & final inspection for the material like Anemometer, Solar
Panel, Fabricated Lattice mast structure, Wind Vane, Data logger, Pressure sensor, Humidity sensors ,
