SECONDARY DATA ANALYSIS
Secondary data analysis involves analyzing data that was collected by another researcher for a different study. It is usually done to test a new hypothesis without having to collect new data. This approach saves time and money compared to primary data collection. Secondary data analysis can be performed on both quantitative and qualitative data from previous studies to answer new research questions.
