Types of Shopping Malls
In general, you will find only regional centers, superregional centers, and fashion/specialty centers on this Web site. Relatively few community centers
were chosen, but appear here because the center may have, at one time, been considered a regional center. Only a few theme/festival centers were

In the early 1960's and 1970's, shopping mall had gained popularity as a tool to revitalize derelict and abandoned areas within urban core. Shopping mall
was built to rejuvenate downtown main street or a once popular traditional shopping street. In the later period of twentieth century, there was a lifestyle
shift whereby customers were increasingly demanding and knowledgeable and expected better shopping environment with better service and
interaction. Shopping mall was expected to be accommodating for their needs of basic necessities as well as leisure. In the 1990's, the idea of urban
entertainment center which combined shopping and entertainment had become very popular and adapted worldwide. The thematic shopping mall
began to exist sporadically providing new form of shopping and promising satisfying experience to the consumer. The mall was another kind of what

allows the business owners to organize their online shops, and allows the customer to browse through the shop and purchase suitable items online

The results of the study reveal that the assortment of stores, sales promotions, ambience of shopping malls, and comparative economic gains in the
malls gather the attention of higher customer traffic to the malls. The urban shoppers visit shopping malls as a leisure center to relax, tend to shop in
response to various promotions and spend long hours. The major factors that affect shopping stimulation among urban shoppers are store ambience and
attractiveness relating to products and services, location of the mall, brand value and price and recreational facilities.
Lee et al. (2009)35, in their study entitled "Shopping value in online auctions: their antecedents and outcomes" have revealed that it is very rare in the
marketing literature concerning the research on store aspects as potential antecedent among the hedonic and utilitarian shopping value. The association
between utilitarian and hedonic values with the attitude of store trait has been analyzed. The research was performed in a provincial shopping mall in
Midwest of US to determine the satisfaction of respondents using eighteen shopping malls qualities. Complete items in the malls are reviewed in order

rather than having a childhood playing with friends outside and are suffering physically. With fast food industries taking over, children have no way to
