JOB ROLE 
1. My Role is to Expand Cities For Jugnoo. 
2. I have a very good Experience in City Establishment. 
3. I have launched 8 Cities For Jugnoo and Now i am in Bhopal As a City ­ Manager. 
4.  Driver enrollment day to day basis and maintain their ride performance.  
5. Overall day to day solving driver complaints. 
6. B2B merchant acquisition and management by sign contracts with restaurant,                   
grocery store, bakery, pet care, medical shops, Baby care store, vegetables & fruits                         
and Electrical & Electronics vendors, with some different commission part, where                     
as no interaction with customer, only B2B interaction. 
7. End­to­end client relationships including pitching, negotiation, and contracting,               
billing/invoicing, payment collection and troubleshooting. 
8. Allocating leads, tracking and monitoring the work of each team member along                       
with ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of their work. 
9. Maintaining area­reports which include revenue numbers, payment collections and                 
evaluation of team performance and reporting the same to the Business Head.
