We plan to open a quick service restaurant which will cater
fresh fruit and vegetable juices along with salad, fruit cream
and sprouts.
Products will be prepared in a hygienic manner and will be
served in an excellent ambience.
We plan to start from a single store and then expand it in
phases.

grow at 20% p.a.
Our first store will be opened up at a major Delhi Metro
station of New Delhi.
More than 10 lakh people travel through Delhi Metro
everyday.
Target segment will be population of all ages.
Special emphasis on youth segment.
4. Opportunity :
The Indian consumer is now turning away from the corner
juice stalls over issues of hygiene.
While there is definitely a demand for fresh fruit juice
brands, the market in India is at a nascent stage. So there is a
need to establish and build the fresh juice segment.
There is only one competitor, Jiffy Juices with 4 stores all
over Delhi/NCR.
Its target segment is malls and markets of Delhi.

Pre-launch promotion in Delhi Metro.
Promotion through radio(F.M.)and internet.
In future, we plan to expand it as a restaurant chain with take
away facility.
Apart from metro stations, target market will be Delhi/NCR
major markets.
Major competition would be from local juicewallas.

the additional values we are providing to the customer, we
