Salads Strengths And Weaknesses
Competitor's SWOT
Go! Salads
Strengths
Their strength is at their brand image which is healthy living. Also, they capitalized on serving
healthy foods that taste great. Their varieties of salad (such as Bayani Salad, Sweet Caroline, Wild
Wild West, and Sgt. Steak Salad) make them original since the kind of toppings in their salads were
not seen in salads before. Also, their desserts are sugar–free which is consistent with their image of
healthy living. Their price seems to be reasonable for their meals.
Weaknesses
Their weakness is they are not that well–known except only to those who live a healthy lifestyle.
When the name Go! Salads is mentioned, it may not ring a bell to consumers.
Opportunities
Because of the fast paced lifestyle today, ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Salads to slow down.
Wendy's
Strengths
Their strength is at their burgers, although their Caesar salad tastes great because of their lettuce and
dressing. Their Caesar salad adds variety to their burgers which they are famous for. Speaking of
their burgers, the taste of the beef makes it among the leaders in burgers.
Weaknesses
However, Wendy's is not famous for their salads compared from 2 decades ago when they had a
salad bar in their stores. Also, the price of their products is expensive which is why more people
prefer their rivals in the fast food sector.
Opportunities
The opportunities of Wendy's will pertain to their branch in Dapitan St. near UST. Their branch in
Dapitan has been there for a long time judging on the interior. Since there are students, professors,
and doctors who frequent Dapitan, Wendy's wanted to bring its food there and provide the people
who frequent Dapitan food that will energize them and help them get through the grind of
studying/work.
Threats
However, the presence of more affordable food joints in Dapitan and nearby side streets is a reason
why there are not many customers in

Why Is It Important For Success?
Abstract Success is a word often thrown into conversation when referencing career or business
achievements. It is a small word but it carries the weight of being an indicator. What does it
indicate? Pick any situation and if success is the end result, it means the outcome is favorable. For
example: one passed an exam, obtained a new job, acquired a company, or has been elected to
Congress. Conversely, assessing a situation as a failure means the outcome is unfavorable. In
business, it is often necessary to analyze a company and make a determination as to the overall
health of the company. This is a process that can and should be done internally on a regular basis by
upper management. In order to achieve success, a business must constantly ... Show more content on

The Panera Bread Company is the target of this formal analysis. The Panera Bread Company: A
Strategic Company Analysis Context What is one of the largest expenditures a household incurs
after the actual roof overhead – food! Most Americans eat outside of the home almost five times a
week. When one starts doing the math, this number grows exponentially. Imagine an average
household size of four individuals, multiplied by five meals outside the home per week, multiplied
by fifty–two weeks per year, multiplied by the average cost of $12.75 per meal per person, and
suddenly there is an additional nine hundred dollars of discretionary spending that is on the table per
family each month (Hamm, 2014). The challenge for any industry is to compel consumers to take
that discretionary income and put it back into the economy via spending. The focus of this paper is
the Panera Bread Company – specifically, how it has been a force within the restaurant industry and
how, if it all, it will continue the trend. Each year the National Restaurant Association publishes an
Industry Forecast. For the year 2015 the annual report projects that the restaurant industry as a
whole will generate $709.2 billion dollars in sales. Although this is a large number, it is still
relatively meaningless without a baseline to serve as a reference point. In 1955, for every single
dollar being spent by consumers, the restaurant industry received a quarter of it. Today, for every

Strategic Planning for Ruby Tuesday Essay
Introduction
At some point it becomes necessary for an organization to undergo changes. If embracing change is
truly one of the organizations core beliefs than efforts should be taken to make the necessary
transition. A strategic planning structure allows the organization to stay focused on plans, yet be
flexible and adaptive and, therefore, able to deal with change effectively (Galbraith, et al., 2001, pg.
38)."
Organization Overview
Morrison Restaurants, which started its operations in the 1920s, is one of the oldest food–service
companies in the nation. Listed on the New York Stock Exchange since the 1920s the company
grosses more than $1.1 billion in yearly revenues. Within the Morrison organization there are three
divisions: ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Article Overview
Morrison Restaurants is a good example of an organization that believes in strategic management.
The article details the steps taken to formulate their strategic plan. Three major goals of the
organization are outlined along with both operational and action plans to carry them out. The
organizations overall plan addresses how the entire company, which operates many different
concepts in various markets will pursue their goals in each division. Some organizations believe that
strategic planning is only the responsibility of top management. "Too many managers have
experienced this scenario: The chief executive officer announces a bold new corporate initiative
aimed at generating performance improvements (Levesque and Roberto, 2005, 53)." This top down
approach is not the case with the Ruby Tuesday Group. Their strategic planning team consisted of
the CEO of Morrison Restaurants, division presidents and managers, human resource staff from
corporate headquarters, key managers within the Ruby Tuesday Group and an outside consultant.
"Chain–restaurant companies face an array of strategic decisions about the growth of the company
(Lombardi, 1994, 40)." Therefore, it is important to get all levels of staff involved in the strategic
process.

Although they have grown a lot from 2002 to 2007, the growth from 2007 to present is a slow and
steady crawl with a smaller amount of advance than the amount experienced in their previous years.
Sales Growth As mentioned in the Financial Analysis, Panera Bread's revenues and sales have
grown from year to year from 2002 to 2010. The main total of revenue derives from Bakery–café
sales. This subdivision of revenue gave way to a $1,108,517 increase from 2002 to 2010. That
number grew every year from 2002. Fresh dough and other product sales to franchisees came in
second with franchise royalties and fees following.
SWOT Analysis
Strengths
The principal strength presented by management was Concept Essence, a "blueprint for attracting

combined to distinguish Panera from the competition. These ideas were to offer selection of breads,

Recommendations And Improvements Of The Fishbone Diagram
PROCESS RECOMMENDATIONS AND IMPROVEMENTS After defining our standards,
measuring the data, and analyzing the information it was time to improve the products and
processes. This was done by assessing the manpower, materials, methods, meals, and machines
related to the process. The tools used in the analysis were the fishbone and the process flow
diagrams shown below. Some concepts on the fishbone diagram are related to the product directly
while others are related to the delivery process, the staff and the physical appearance of the
restaurant. However, all of the factors relate directly to the customer satisfaction and an enjoyable
dining experience. A detailed description of these aspects will now be discussed, along with how to
implement these changes. There are many possibilities for how the materials could be improved.
First, tables and chairs should be maintained at higher standards. This could be improved by setting
time limits on clearing and resetting tables. For example, "tables must be cleaned no longer than two
minutes after the customers leave the table". Second, restrooms should be maintained on routine
schedules. For example, staff should inspect restrooms every 30 minutes and sign posted inspection
sheets verifying that they were sanitized and restocked. Furthermore, changing tables, hand
sanitizers and baby wipes should be available in all restrooms. Even the music in the restrooms was
an added bonus. Third, cloth napkins and finer utensils

TGIF Case Analysis Form Name: Quantum Software I. Problems: a. Macro: 1. Corporate liability
lies within the hand of Quantum Software while hosting these "Beer Bust" parties for employees,
especially on company grounds. Owners, Stan and Erin want to create a work atmosphere that is
team–oriented, high in morale, and sociable. They attempt to create this atmosphere with the "Beer
Bust" in an effort to allow employees to "blow a little steam off while socializing over a beer"
(Brown, 2011). However, the "Beer Bust" can cause major issues for the company should an
employee become overly intoxicated, resulting in them hurting themselves or possibly someone
else. 2. Quantum Software's image and success rate may also be in jeopardy. Bill mentions expresses
to Stan and Erin, "Maybe we're growing too fast". This eludes to the fact that the steady growth of
the company has made this event bigger and bigger and the probability of things getting out of hand
is great. If this is so, there should be careful consideration of activities that could put an individual at
risk of being away from their job duties and in turn affecting productivity. b. Micro: ... Show more

back to the text reading, a common pitfall in employee relations is "Inconsistencies... giving

employees and employers see themselves as equals at these functions can result in inconsistencies

Organic sales growth, that is excluding the effect of acquisitions, divestitures and foreign exchange
impact, demonstrate the company's resilience over a difficult economic climate. As Table I
demonstrates, the company has shown organic sales growth for the past four fiscal periods, though it
is important to point out that price increases have accounted for the majority of organic sales
growth, and that organic sales are growing at a decreasing rate. FY11 marked the first period since
2009 in which volume growth was actually positive. However HNZ is not the only company that
has seen volume slide; it has been a key characteristic of the packaged food industry to sacrifice
volume in order to maintain margins. Emerging markets were an important driver of the organic
sales growth shown in FY11 with combined price and volume growth of 14.4% compared to the
prior fiscal year. TABLE I: Organic Sales Growth The company is well positioned to continue to
grow sales as its 15 top brands showed organic sales growth of 3.8% compared to FY10.
Additionally, during 2011 HNZ completed the acquisition of an 80% stake of Coniexpress, a
Brazilian manufacturer of tomato–based sauces and other condiments with annual sales of
USD325MM. Similarly, the company completed the acquisition of Food Star, a Chinese

Summer Vacation
"What I Did This Summer"
Summer vacation. A time to relax, kick back and sleep. Well, at least for most people. My summer
vacation was packed. I ended up going to five states in a total of three weeks. One whole week was
spent in D.C., but that is a story for another time. Today, I want to tell you about my excursion down
south with my dad's side of the family. The trip was crazy, hectic, and full of a lot of driving; it was
really fun at the same time. I hope my explanation of this trip will come close to the amount of joy
this summer trip brought me. I had not flown since I was in second grade. Getting to fly again made
me overjoyed! My grandparents were flying to Midway Airport from Las Vegas, so they decided to
have my brother, Jonathan, and I fly with them to Memphis. After about a half hour of waiting, we
finally saw my Nana and Papa. The four of us hadn't seen each other since our trip to D.C. a few
weeks prior to this. We were really happy to see each other! My brother, grandparents, and I waited
on the plane for at least forty–five minutes before it took off. The wait was extremely long and
tedious. When the plane finally took off, the fun part started. I received a soda, peanuts, and I was
able to chew my sweet mint gum. The plane ride was joyous...until the last ten minutes of the flight.
I get extremely stuffed up in the head when I have too much dairy, and that day was no exception.
For the last ten minutes of the flight, it felt as though I had

Outback Steakhouse
OUTBACK STEAKHOUSE: GOING INTERNATIONAL
Overview: The advent of globalized business has brought new and interesting opportunities to
companies all over the world. Chris Sullivan, chairman and co–founder of Outback Steakhouse,
noted that many internationally based American restaurants have "average unit sales [that are] way,
way above the sales level they enjoyed in the United States." (Grant, 2010: 753) For fast–food
franchise giants like McDonald's, Burger King, and KFC, up to one half of total sales stem from
international chains. (Grant: 757)
"Casual dining" restaurants, such as Denny's, Applebee's, and T.G.I. Friday's, have had very little

They have to prove they can build plants [abroad]." (Grant: 757) If this does not happen, what are
the possible alternatives? Many restaurants that have gone international have faced problems finding
food resources that are of quality, in quantity, and remain at stable prices. (Grant: 759) Even if
Outback's suppliers were willing to go international hand–in–hand, what challenges in
communication and transportation would they face in a foreign society?
Regulations and Trade Restrictions
Quite possibly one of the most notable issues facing Outback Steakhouse is the differing regulations
and restrictions that may hinder the corporation's ability to enter certain markets. Other countries
can impose more restrictions on new restaurants than in the United States, and it may also be
difficult to readily find these regulations. (Grant: 759) Before entering a specific country, research
must be done in order to fully understand how this may affect the corporation. It should be noted,
however, that Outback Steakhouse realizes this and believes that franchising to local entrepreneurs
will eliminate the need to understand each market individually. (Grant: 757)

A Comparative Analysis Of Tgi Fridays And Nabisco Ad
Big companies use advertisements and design strategies to persuade and control the minds of the
general public. Whether it be the the attractive layout, the over exaggerated size, or the mesmerizing
color, companies are able to persuade a target audience using means of advertising layout. Both TGI
Fridays and Nabisco implement 'Big–Image' Layout to showcase the qualities of their foods and
target the middle–class family demographic. This layout flaunts the characteristics and details of the
main image by oversizing, over accentuating, and utilizing ad–space to excite a feeling within the
audience. In evaluating an advertisement by TGI Friday's, the company makes use of the graphic
design and advertising technique Big–Image Layout to attract the attention of the family
demographic. The Franchise states, " 3 simple Questions drive every decision we make: 1. Is it right

Chipotle Marketing Plan

Introduction: | Chipotle first opened in Denver in 1993 with a simple idea behind it, "food served
fast didn't have to be "fast–food" experience", (Chipotle Mexican Grill, 2015). Prior to CEO Steve
Ellis opening the restaurant chain, he himself was a chef. Since its creation, Chipotle has become a
phenomenon in the restaurant industry and has experienced tremendous growth since it went public
in 2006 with over 1,600 restaurants in Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, and France, with the
majority located in the United States (Chipotle Mexican Grill, 2015). . The company focus is on

Chipotle's main focus in marketing is in the United States but follows the same model in the
international market. It has never been Chipotles intention to "put its stamp on a bunch of
restaurants around the world", but their vision as a company is to change the way people think about
and eat fast food, which they feel the "other guys" are not focusing on, (Van Tan, n.d.). With this
mindset, Chipotle believes there's certainly room for them to build that position in other countries as
it has been successful in the U.S., (Van Tan, n.d.). In the London market Chipotle followed the same
model as in the United States about the brand and its grassroots marketing efforts to the streamlined
menu to the assembly line operations, (Van Tan, n.d.). Chipotle executives' views are that it doesn't
need to be any different going into Europe as it will all be the same. Chipotle is about simplicity,
after all, (Van Tan, n.d.). From the start the London store focused on building management potential
in its own employees. Management and personnel from the company travelled to London to open
and train new Chipotle team members how to do things the Chipotle way, (Van Tan, n.d.). Chipotle

measuring the data, and analyzing the information it was time to improve the products and
processes. This was done by assessing the manpower, materials, methods, meals, and machines
related to the process. This tools used in the analysis were the fishbone and process flow diagrams
shown below. Some concepts on the fishbone diagram are related to the product directly while
others are related to the delivery process, the staff and the physical restaurant. However, all of the
factors relate directly customer satisfaction and an enjoyable dining experience. In return, this could
help them enjoy their fries more. A detailed description of these aspects will now be discussed,
along with how to implement these changes. There are many possibilities for how materials could be
improved. First, tables and chairs should be maintained at higher standards. This could be improved
by setting time limits on clearing and resetting tables . For example, "tables must be cleaned no
longer than two minutes after the customers leave the table". Second, restrooms should be
maintained on routine schedules. For example, staff should inspect restrooms every 30 minutes and
sign posted inspection sheets verifying that they were sanitized and restocked. Furthermore,
changing tables, hand sanitizers and baby wipes should be available in all restrooms. Even music in
the restrooms was an added bones. Third, cloth napkins

Food Waste In The United States
Every year, prosperous countries tend to throw out large amounts of edible food. This wasted food
primarily comes from people throwing out fresh food at home and at restaurants as well as large
companies, such as grocery stores, throwing out edible food. Many people and companies would
confess to being guilty of this. Throwing out a piece of fruit or leftovers may seem harmless but it
eventually adds up. The worlds large population makes this an issue creating enormous numbers of
waste that could be food for starving people. Millions of people deal with hunger daily while the
United States, as well as other developed countries, waste enough edible food to feed every hungry
person on the planet. "Forty percent of the food in the United States ... Show more content on

However, most restaurants do not see this as a major issue. Restaurant owners say, "it is just part of
running a restaurant and that it is something we are used to" (Barclay, 2012). Chefs are said to
obsess over the quality of their vegetables because they want to make sure everything is prefect for
the customers (Barclay, 2012). Unfortunately, food waste is not one of the high priorities when
running a restaurant. This is because consumers are contributors to the problem as well. A customer
will not want to pay money for a meal that does not look prefect even though "about three cents of
every dollar consumers spend on food away from home ends up in the trash" (Barclay,

Case Analysis- Ruby Tuesday
Running head: ORGANIZATION STRATEGIC PLANNING Organizational Case Analysis on
Ruby Tuesday Tanisha Adams Florida International University ADE 6180 – Dr. Alfred Case
Analysis #1 – Ruby Tuesday Introduction At some point it becomes necessary for an organization to
undergo changes. If embracing change is truly one of the organizations core beliefs than efforts
should be taken to make the necessary transition. A strategic planning structure allows the
organization to stay focused on plans, yet be flexible and adaptive and, therefore, able to deal with
change effectively (Galbraith, et al., 2001, pg. 38)." Organization Overview Morrison Restaurants,
which started its operations in the 1920s, is one of the oldest ... Show more content on

With new concepts and technology development there are opportunities for growth. Ruby Tuesday
is threatened by its lack of differentiation in its markets as well as competition from Bennigan's,
Chili's, and T.G.I. Friday's. The data was collected through surveys, focus groups and interviews. An
analysis of these data resulted in three operational and action plans, which contained the company 's
goals. These goals include improving food presentation, value and service. The outcomes produced
from the market research firm were just the beginning steps the organization took to see what was
going on externally. The internal process involved asking managers questions about factors effecting
the organization from reaching its goals. One of the questions posed was how do you feel about the
organizational structure of the company? "At a given moment, an organization's structure represents
its effort to align internal processes with the external environment, while simultaneously resolving
an enduring set of organizational dilemmas (Bolman and Deal, 2003, 92)." Goals developed by the
Ruby Tuesday Group's 1992 planning team that supported the mission were worded as follows: 1.
We will always exceed the expectations of our guests and thus continually increase the number we
serve. 2. We will develop, at all levels of our company, the

Stanislavsky Biography
An Actor (Writing a Research Paper on Stanislavsky) Prepares Cast your eyes towards Hollywood.
Notice the thousands of actors attempting to "make it" by bouncing from one audition to the next
with headshot and résumé in hand. The amount of desperate thespians is just as abundant if not more
in New York, Chicago, London, etc.. As economically aware citizens, they strive for the same goals:
work, money, a reason to quit that job at T.G.I. FRIDAY's. However, as artists, each strives for truth.
Before a man, known simply by theatre aficionados as "Stanislavsky", theatre was somewhat of a
spectacle. Somewhere between the eras of Shakespeare and Chekov, actors had lost the ability to act
truthfully. For Victorian actors, a hand turned up on the ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
It wasn't until age twenty–one when the young Konstantin adopted the name 'Stanislavsky' in order
to keep his theatrical career a secret from his bourgeois family (Merlin). At the time, professional
actors in Russia had the social status equivalent to that of a poor farmer. They had only recently
escaped serfdom and were freshly no longer the property of nobility (Benedetti). For a man of such
high birth, the idea of pursuing a career in theatre was inconceivable; however, the cultural interest
and love of theatrical entertainment of the Alekseyev family only fueled Stanislavsky's pursuits.
Sergei Vladimirovich Alekseyev, Stanislavsky's father, converted multiple buildings on his family's
estate into theatres, making the Alekseyev home Moscow's hub for cultural and artistic life
(Benedetti). Named The Alekseyev Circle, this family owned theatre is where Stanislavsky would
make his acting debut. In the September of 1877, a time which Stanislavsky himself refers to as "the
beginning of [his] Childhood and Adolescence" (Stanislavsky: MLIA), fourteen year old Konstantin
Alekseyev made his first journey to the stage. Stanislavsky thanks God in his autobiography for not
making him a natural talent for it was his initial struggle towards the craft that spurred his search for

Weaknesses However, Wendy's is not famous for their salads compared from 2 decades ago when they had a salad bar in their stores. Also, the price of their products is expensive which is why more people prefer their rivals in the fast food sector. Opportunities The opportunities of Wendy's will pertain to their branch in Dapitan St. near UST. Their branch in Dapitan has been there for a long time judging on the interior. It is a small word but it carries the weight of being an indicator. What does it indicate? Pick any situation and if success is the end result, it means the outcome is favorable. For example: one passed an exam, obtained a new job, acquired a company, or has been elected to Congress. Conversely, assessing a situation as a failure means the outcome is unfavorable. The Panera Bread Company is the target of this formal analysis. The Panera Bread Company: A Strategic Company Analysis Context What is one of the largest expenditures a household incurs after the actual roof overhead – food! Most Americans eat outside of the home almost five times a week. When one starts doing the math, this number grows exponentially. Imagine an average household size of four individuals, multiplied by five meals outside the home per week, multiplied by fifty–two weeks per year, multiplied by the average cost of $12.75 per meal per person, and suddenly there is an additional nine hundred dollars of discretionary spending that is on the table per family each month (Hamm, 2014). The challenge for any industry is to compel consumers to take that discretionary income and put it back into the economy via spending. The focus of this paper is the Panera Bread Company – specifically, how it has been a force within the restaurant industry and how, if it all, it will continue the trend. Each year the National Restaurant Association publishes an Industry Forecast. For the year 2015 the annual report projects that the restaurant industry as a whole will generate $709.2 billion dollars in sales. Although this is a large number, it is still relatively meaningless without a baseline to serve as a reference point. In 1955, for every single dollar being spent by consumers, the restaurant industry received a quarter of it. Today, for every single ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

The article details the steps taken to formulate their strategic plan. Three major goals of the organization are outlined along with both operational and action plans to carry them out. The organizations overall plan addresses how the entire company, which operates many different concepts in various markets will pursue their goals in each division. Some organizations believe that strategic planning is only the responsibility of top management. "Too many managers have experienced this scenario: The chief executive officer announces a bold new corporate initiative aimed at generating performance improvements (Levesque and Roberto, 2005, 53)." This top down approach is not the case with the Ruby Tuesday Group. Their strategic planning team consisted of the CEO of Morrison Restaurants, division presidents and managers, human resource staff from corporate headquarters, key managers within the Ruby Tuesday Group and an outside consultant. "Chain–restaurant companies face an array of strategic decisions about the growth of the company (Lombardi, 1994, 40)." Recommendations And Improvements Of The Fishbone Diagram PROCESS RECOMMENDATIONS AND IMPROVEMENTS After defining our standards, measuring the data, and analyzing the information it was time to improve the products and processes. This was done by assessing the manpower, materials, methods, meals, and machines related to the process. The tools used in the analysis were the fishbone and the process flow diagrams shown below. Some concepts on the fishbone diagram are related to the product directly while others are related to the delivery process, the staff and the physical appearance of the restaurant. However, all of the factors relate directly to the customer satisfaction and an enjoyable dining experience. A detailed description of these aspects will now be discussed, along with how to implement these changes. There are many possibilities for how the materials could be improved. First, tables and chairs should be maintained at higher standards. This could be improved by setting time limits on clearing and resetting tables. For example, "tables must be cleaned no longer than two minutes after the customers leave the table". Second, restrooms should be maintained on routine schedules. For example, staff should inspect restrooms every 30 minutes and sign posted inspection sheets verifying that they were sanitized and restocked. Furthermore, changing tables, hand sanitizers and baby wipes should be available in all restrooms. Even the music in the restrooms was an added bonus. Third, cloth napkins and finer utensils ... Corporate liability lies within the hand of Quantum Software while hosting these "Beer Bust" parties for employees, especially on company grounds. Owners, Stan and Erin want to create a work atmosphere that is team–oriented, high in morale, and sociable. They attempt to create this atmosphere with the "Beer Bust" in an effort to allow employees to "blow a little steam off while socializing over a beer" (Brown, 2011). However, the "Beer Bust" can cause major issues for the company should an employee become overly intoxicated, resulting in them hurting themselves or possibly someone else. 2. Quantum Software's image and success rate may also be in jeopardy. Bill mentions expresses to Stan and Erin, "Maybe we're growing too fast". This eludes to the fact that the steady growth of the company has made this event bigger and bigger and the probability of things getting out of hand is great. FY11 marked the first period since 2009 in which volume growth was actually positive. However HNZ is not the only company that has seen volume slide; it has been a key characteristic of the packaged food industry to sacrifice volume in order to maintain margins. • 42. Summer Vacation "What I Did This Summer" Summer vacation. A time to relax, kick back and sleep. Well, at least for most people. My summer vacation was packed. I ended up going to five states in a total of three weeks. One whole week was spent in D.C., but that is a story for another time. Today, I want to tell you about my excursion down south with my dad's side of the family. The trip was crazy, hectic, and full of a lot of driving; it was really fun at the same time. I hope my explanation of this trip will come close to the amount of joy this summer trip brought me. I had not flown since I was in second grade. Getting to fly again made me overjoyed! My grandparents were flying to Midway Airport from Las Vegas, so they decided to have my brother, Jonathan, and I fly with them to Memphis. After about a half hour of waiting, we finally saw my Nana and Papa. The four of us hadn't seen each other since our trip to D.C. a few weeks prior to this. We were really happy to see each other! My brother, grandparents, and I waited on the plane for at least forty–five minutes before it took off. The wait was extremely long and tedious. When the plane finally took off, the fun part started. I received a soda, peanuts, and I was able to chew my sweet mint gum. The plane ride was joyous...until the last ten minutes of the flight. I get extremely stuffed up in the head when I have too much dairy, and that day was no exception. For the last ten minutes of the flight, it felt as though I had ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

(Grant: 757) If this does not happen, what are the possible alternatives? (Grant: 759) Even if Outback's suppliers were willing to go international hand–in–hand, what challenges in communication and transportation would they face in a foreign society? Regulations and Trade Restrictions Quite possibly one of the most notable issues facing Outback Steakhouse is the differing regulations and restrictions that may hinder the corporation's ability to enter certain markets. Other countries can impose more restrictions on new restaurants than in the United States, and it may also be difficult to readily find these regulations. (Grant: 759) Before entering a specific country, research must be done in order to fully understand how this may affect the corporation. It should be noted, however, that Outback Steakhouse realizes this and believes that franchising to local entrepreneurs will eliminate the need to understand each market individually.
