Hurstville City Council engaged ISFM to develop a strategic business and facilities masterplan for Hurstville Oval to increase usage, host professional events, and support elite sports training. ISFM's report recommended expanding the field by removing a cycling track, adding lights for night games, and developing new change rooms, gym, and sports medicine facilities. It also suggested a childcare center, playground, and cafe to generate additional revenue. As a result, Hurstville Oval became a multi-use community facility and elite sports venue capable of hosting various sports with increased usage and new income opportunities.
