Project Title: Site and Facility Analysis
Client: New South Wales Rugby Union
(NSWRU)
Project Description
NSWRU engaged ISFM to assist in the evaluation of their
long-term facility requirements and to consider alternate
site options for the location of their headquarters and
training facilities for the NSW Waratahs.
ISFM initially undertook an assessment of their facility
needs including, but not limited to:
− Player training
− Offices
− Retail
− Support infrastructure
− Parking
− Club
ISFM identified a total of 15 possible sites which after
evaluation three sites were recommended for further
investigation.

ISFM achieved the following key outcomes:
− Facility needs assessment
− Presentation of various site options
that met the needs of the NSW Wara-
tahs
− Detailed documentation of facility
requirements (including area alloca-
