Project Title: Franchise Bid
Client: Rugby Western Australia (Rugby WA)
Project Description
Rugby WA appointed ISFM to oversee their bid to enter
the Super 12 Rugby Competition in 2004. After significant
stakeholder consultation the Western Force was awarded
an official licence in December 2004 and entered the
competition in 2006.
ISFM's intimate knowledge of the West Australian mar-
ket, and experience in developing successful bid pro-
posals, was invaluable in the establishment of the West-
ern Force franchise.
