Project Description
Based on the strategies and recommendations presented
by ISFM in the BCU International Stadium and Coffs
Coast Sports and Leisure Park Strategy Masterplan
(stage one works), ISFM were engaged by CHCC to
develop a Business Plan for a redeveloped BCU Interna-
tional Stadium.
The Business Plan provides a 3-5 year outlook that con-
siders these improvements and their impact on business
operations and performance. Furthermore, the Plan
delivers the CHCC’s Sports Unit a working document that
defines Council’s overall vision and objectives for the
Stadium and identifies strategies with respect to the
Stadium’s:
