Slipping Members of the production team could be at
risk of slipping over in any shots that are
outside ifit is wet, or inside ifthere is a
spillage.
Checking for any spillages or wet surfaces before
filming shots.

Tripping Anyone in the production could trip over any
obstacles during the filming days,especially
in scenes involving the stairs.
Making sure all castand crew members are
aware of potential trip hazards, removing any
obstacles thatcan be.

equipment
Any heavy equipmentor fragile equipment
could be dropped accidentallyand cause
injury if it breaks or shatters.
I will warn those carrying equipmentto be careful
when handling it.If anything is dropped however,
I will make sure the mess is cleaned up
immediately.

faults/dangers
Any electrical equipmentshould be made
sure that it is turned off after use and isn’t
near any wet places as this could cause
damage and is a hazard.
I will make sure all electrical equipmentis turned
off after use and is in a dry place when placed
down to film or store.

Moving cars In some ofthe outside shots there is a
danger of there being moving cars and
therefore a risk for any actors and crew if
they are in the road filming
Making sure there are no cars around with their
engines on moving or getting ready to move, to
prevent injury to a member ofthe production
team.

Sharp/dangerous
objects
Any sharp objects in the kitchen such as
knives could be dangerous in those shots in
that location.These objects could either
damage the equipmentor injure someone.
I will check the kitchen before filming and make
sure any sharp objects are out of the way and
are in a safe place to avoid damage and injury
