Equipment
damaging
The equipment could be
damaged when being used,
this could be due to the rain,
wind damage, props hitting
the equipment when
shooting or even the tripod
falling over.
Make sure there is always a
person next to the camera to
stop it falling, ensure that if
it is raining during a shoot
that the camera is protected
with a cover and to make
sure that the camera has no
chance of being hit by a ball
by manning it as far away
from action as possible.

Member of crew
hurting
themselves.
During production a
member of crew could fall
or slip over and injure
themselves.
Make sure all floors are dry
to stop slipping, make sure
all hazards are seen and
taken care of. Also just be
careful when moving
around.

Crew member
being involved
in a public car
or bike accident
when filming.
When I am filming outside
in the parks and streets or
just in general when filming
outside a crew member
could be hit by a car or bike
etc.
During filming we must be
sure that the location isn’t
likely to encounter any type
of traffic, either that be car
or bike
