We will have to take waterproof clothing to keep
ourselves dry. We will also have to take umbrellas to
protect the equipment; the camera and the tripod. If
the weather is too atrocious we will have to reschedule and make sure all the participants of the
shoot are available another day. We can also look
ahead at the weather forecast and arrange the shoot
around the weather predictions.
We will have to discuss and schedule a date when
everyone is available. If this changes unexpectedly
because someone has other plans, we will have to reschedule so that everyone is available once again.
We will have to make sure that the Camera is fully
charged before we leave to go to the location and
start filming. We will also make sure we take extra
memory cards just in case the memory card already
in use becomes full.
If someone becomes ill or has an injury before filming
we will have to re-schedule for a different date when
they will hopefully be well. We could also film footage
that does not need that particular participant in front
of the camera. This will make sure that we do not fall
behind and fail to meet the deadline.
The lighting of the location is natural light but if it is
too dark we can overcome this problem when we are
editing the footage.
