Under all the circumstances, my and
actor’s health are definitely the priority of
the project, therefore if any health risks
occurred to my actors, I will trying to find
someone new to replace. If it’s occurred
on me, which will cause my project be
delayed. Therefore I will do everything
that ensures my actors and me stay in a
safe place etc.
If actors have any inconvenience that
could cause them not able to film with
me, depends of their length of absence, I
will whether replace them with someone
new or delay the project. I will choose my
actors depends on their reliability.
Checking the weather forecast will
definitely be done before every shooting
event, but in some special circumstances
such as heavy rain or storm occurred
then the shooting will be immediately
stopped in order to prevent the risks for
the cast and the damage for the
equipment.
I will at least brought two memory cards
for my shooting event, one is 8GB and
one is 32 GB. I will be using the 32GB
card mainly in order to make sure there
are enough space for the video footages,
I will transfer the footages from memory
card into my computer after every

space for next shooting.

The most of equipment that I will be using
for my video sequence is belong to
myself; therefore it will be my
responsibility to ensure that all the
equipment could work properly before the
shooting event. In some circumstances
that my equipment is damaged during the
shooting stage, I will immediately borrow
or buy new equipment in order to ensure
that my project will take place on time.
In order to ensure that cameras will have
enough battery during the shooting event,
I will bring an additional battery to make
sure in case the one battery has run out.
Throughout my sequence there will be a
few usage of various props and
costumes, I will ensure that all the props
and costumes will be using will be
prepared before the shooting event, but if
occasional event happened that I’m not
able to get my props and costumes on
time, I’ll have to delay or rearrange my
shooting schedule.
I will cast actors based on their ability and
reliability, but the fact is my actors won’t
able to provide high quality performance
is possible, after all they are not
professionals, therefore I’ll try to prevent
this issue with brilliant editing on
footages.
As I have mentioned in my initial thoughts
task and treatment sheets that most of
my sequence will be taken place at
outdoor, therefore the lighting will be
mostly sunlight and natural light, if bad
weather occurs at shooting event that

effects the quality of lighting, the only
thing I can do to prevent the issue is to
edit it at post-production stage. Apart
from that, the few shoots that will be
taken indoor, as the director I will make
sure the lighting is appropriate, if not I will
try to reschedule shooting or edit it at
post-production stage.
In order to ensure that every locations me
and my cast will going to is safe, I will do
a initial research about the location’s
safety before every shooting event, also
check the authority and copyright about
whether we can shoot the sequence or
not. Also as it’s starting to get dark early,
I will make sure the entire shooting event
won’t be last after 7 pm for safety
reasons. If any occasional event
occurred, I will try to contact the public
service to ensure everyone is safe.
Due to the reason that most of shooting
event will be taken place at busy areas
and locations, therefore it is important for
us to not disturb the public such as traffic
or event, etc. In order to ensure that, I’ll
bring an assistant with me to make sure
that we are not disturbing the public
transport and crowd, also make sure we
didn’t caught anyone that didn’t want to
be in the scene, we will do everything
that make sure we could perform
respectively.
As I have mentioned before in my
treatment sheets that the most of my
music video sequence will be shoot on
the streets in urban area, therefore the
cost of transport might be occurred. As
the director of this music video, I will pay
all the costs for the transport for my crew

As a small budget music video sequence
the financial issue shouldn’t really
became a problem, and also I will do
everything to cut down the expenses
such as reuse used props.
I’ll be using various software at postproduction stage in order to provide
brilliant editing and special effects to
contribute creativity in my music video
sequence, therefore it is possible that
system failure could cause the lost of all
my works, therefore I’ll make a backup to
prevent this issue, upload all my works
into my cloud storage in order to prevent
the failure issues and have access to my
works at every location with a computer.
It is important for me that contribute my
creativity throughout the entire project,
therefore I’ll do everything to ensure to
achieve that, I’ll be using different
techniques and various software, also
shoot in various locations, and editing
brilliantly to make sure I can make my
final work creative.
