Health and safety procedures.
Any time during filming, these rules apply and MUST be followed by all involved.
NEVER mishandle a prop that is likely to break or get damaged with minimal effort
or stress.
NEVER leave wires of any sort in or around the set at ANY time.
NEVER leave any items in the way of actors or people who are filming. This is a trip
hazard.
NEVER leave electrical equipment on if it is not being used.
DO NOT eat or drink (especially) around school cameras or any electrical devices.
DO NOT use any equipment in an incorrect manner.
NEVER leave equipment in a precarious position e.g. on the edge of a table.
DO NOT move or alter anything on set without the permission and supervision of the
director.
ALWAYS inform the director or other crew members of a potential hazard so that it
can be assessed and dealt with quickly.
NEVER try to solve a problem without the supervision or permission of the director.
ALWAYS ensure that objects that can fall from heights when filming are put away
safely and are at no risk of falling.
NEVER position yourself in a way that could be considered as dangerous. In very
exceptional circumstances are you able to do so, as long as it is necessary for the
script and you have the supervision of not only the director, but all other crew
members as well.
ALWAYS take care when fitting a GoPro (with head attachment). Ensure that the
attachment is fastened correctly and that the camera is at no risk of falling and
breaking/injuring the person wearing it.
ALWAYS inform the director of anything that you are not comfortable with. If you
feel that potential harm can come to you or others, always inform the director.
I hereby agree to the rules and safety procedures…………………………………..
