involved on schedule.
1. Attend meetings to record proceedings.
1. Read all incoming mail to ascertain the action required and
distribute appropriately

Respond to inquiries pertaining to office administration,
procedures, and routine request for information of data obtained
from office records.
1. Maintain records of all pending actions and their status to
insure timely accomplishment.
1. Review outgoing correspondence for procedural and
grammatical accuracy to ensure compliance with administrative
requirements.
1. Arrange official travel details to keep staff on itinerary
schedule.
1. Prepare travel agenda to provide to traveler for situational
awareness prior to official travel.
1. Maintain time and attendance records for required record
keeping.
1. Transmit official time and attendance reports to payroll
liaison for processing.
1. Use a variety of office automation software to produce a wide
range of documents.
1. Maintain office records/files in accordance with established
regulations and procedures.
1. Maintain databases or spreadsheet software to create, enter,
revise, sort, or calculate, and retrieve data and reports.
1. Establish a variety of records to assist in efficient office
operations.
