goals the road can take us in any direction and it would be
correct. It is the goal that lets us measure to progress from
where we are to where we want to be.
It is our firms belief that a plants process is what builds their
habits and the plant personnel collection of habits is your
plant culture.
Our goal at Parkchester is to produce and deliver steam in a
way that constantly lowers cost and at the same time
provides an unmatched level of customer satisfaction.

5. Repaired leaking Spence valve on 2000 ETA steam header
6. 1560 Met plugged leaking hot water coil

a. Received 2 quotes for spray foam as a possible option
8. Pump Repairs:
a. E-6, W-12, W-6 & S-7 & 8 circulating pumps replaced
b. W-12 #3 & S-6 #1 booster pump seals replaced
9. 1925 McGraw Ave booth RPZ stations have been rebuilt
10.R3 issues addressed:
a. E-2 condensate pump switch repaired
b. E-11 house pump leaks repaired
