• Supervised the mechanical engineering contractor during the construction/rehabilitation,
commissioning, operation and maintenance of the largest wastewater facility in Baghdad;
replaced over 80% of all on-site equipment, including major equipment, piping, motors, screens,
gears and tank bridges; 1 year project with budget of USD $3.5M.
• Designed and installed new pipes and valves for 4 pumps; budget more than USD $500K.
• Managed 2 subcontractors with 75 employees for the rehabilitation of the 100 mgd water facility;
installed and inspected 50 pressure vessels and related piping that made up the filtration system.
• Direct and supervise the maintenance work and operation for 3 small sewage plants, conduct
field investigations to measure steam flows, reservoir capacities and calculate hydraulic
capacities of diversion works. 1500 m³/hr.
• Direct the maintenance and operation for 100 small water treatment units (50 m³/hr-200 m³/hr).
• Developed customize pump designs and application and build pumps based for 3 pump station
Surface water treatment plant compact unit type its capacity 50 m³/hr (equivalent to 1200 m³/day).
• Perform detailed mechanical design/analysis of pumping station, water supply systems and
prepare project cost estimates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve pumping equipment problems and recommend repair options :
120 pump station Surface water treatment plant 50 m³/hr-200 m³/hr
Three Sewage treatment plant 1500 m³/hr
One pump station 240000 m³/day
• Prepare technical procedures and engineering calculations.
• Failure analysis, predictive performance analysis, installation and test reviews.

• Trained all new technicians; managed 3 lines with 75 employees inspecting and doing functional
tests of various iPhone models.
• Develops and/or revises standard operating procedures and observes workers to ensure

observation and providing regular feedback.
• Ensures plant staff (Leads) enforces Company policies and procedures, plant wide safety rules
