 The Senior Specialist served as a point of contact between the Executive Director
and his staff. Managed and performed the primary and essential administrative
support activities necessary to maintain the department's human resource and

 Administrated and created the European Quality Operation’s current Microsoft
Access Databases and Excel Spreadsheets, which include Process Quality
Performance, Out of Specification Stability Results, Annual Reviews, Regulatory
Commitments, EA Spreadsheets, and Monthly Highlight Metrics.
Quality Assurance -- Secretary II
 Provided secretarial support to the Director of Quality Assurance, 2 Managers,
and 2 Auditors.
 Responsibilities included typing, filing, budget reconciliation, logging vacation,
sick, and personal days, submitting absence reports on a monthly basis, originating
memos, compiling and editing data for the monthly highlights, preparing expense
reports, preparing overheads, 35mm slide presentations, scheduling meetings, and
the maintenance of personnel files (13 employees).
 This position included the scheduling of audits with domestic and international
bulk pharmaceutical firms, making travel arrangements, and typing audit reports.
While in this position I created a WordPerfect merge/macro document that
facilitated the typing of audit reports.
GMP Services -- Secretary II
 Provided secretarial support to the Associate Director and 4 Managers that
included taking dictation, typing, filing, scheduling meetings, preparing overhead
presentations, travel arrangements, expense reports, and disbursement vouchers.
 Administrative duties included budget tracking, maintenance of attendance
records for the department (12 employees), typing objectives and performance
appraisals, and distribution of updates for the MCMD Quality Control
Administration Manual.

 Acted as temporary secretary to Mr. Mouallem and Mr. Krauss for two months.
Responsibilities included typing, telexing of quotations, printing out and
distributing computer reports, shipping samples, and filing.

International Public Affairs -- Secretary I
 Provided administrative and secretarial support to the Manager of the Cholesterol
Awareness Program. Areas of responsibility included corresponding orally and
originating written responses to the subsidiaries, preparation of materials for
symposia, travel arrangements and expense reports.
 Created a budget spreadsheet on Lotus 1-2-3 to track the main core program as
well as one for the individual subsidiaries.

responsible for setting up meetings, correspondence, filing, word-processing
(Wang), and Dictaphone transcribing. I also created the format for the
International Boycott Report in 1986 on the Wang.

responsible for the preparation of presentation materials and correspondence for
the scientific research staff.

them to the appropriate service areas. Knowledge of the various types of
terminals and micro-computers was necessary as well as an ability to troubleshoot
