Quality Assurance -- Secretary II
Provided secretarial support to the Director of Quality Assurance, 2 Managers,
and 2 Auditors.
Responsibilities included typing, filing, budget reconciliation, logging vacation,
sick, and personal days, submitting absence reports on a monthly basis, originating
memos, compiling and editing data for the monthly highlights, preparing expense
reports, preparing overheads, 35mm slide presentations, scheduling meetings, and
the maintenance of personnel files (13 employees).
This position included the scheduling of audits with domestic and international
bulk pharmaceutical firms, making travel arrangements, and typing audit reports.
While in this position I created a WordPerfect merge/macro document that
facilitated the typing of audit reports.

Provided secretarial support to the Associate Director and 4 Managers that
included taking dictation, typing, filing, scheduling meetings, preparing overhead
presentations, travel arrangements, expense reports, and disbursement vouchers.

appraisals, and distribution of updates for the MCMD Quality Control

Provided administrative and secretarial support to the Manager of the Cholesterol
