Coupa Software Reports Fourth Quarter & Full Year Fiscal 2021
Financial Results
• Total revenues were $541.6 million, an increase of 39% from the previous year.
Subscription revenues were $470.3 million, an increase of 36% from the previous year.
• GAAP operating loss was $166.6 million, compared to a GAAP operating loss of
$73.4 million for the previous year. Non-GAAP operating income was $52.7 million,
compared to a non-GAAP operating income of $31.9 million for the previous year.
• GAAP net loss was $180.1 million, compared to a GAAP net loss of $90.8 million
for the previous year. GAAP net loss per basic and diluted share was $2.63, compared to
a GAAP net loss per basic and diluted share of $1.45 for the previous year. Non-GAAP
net income was $55.7 million, compared to a non-GAAP net income of $36.6 million for
the previous year. Non-GAAP net income per diluted share was $0.77, compared to
non-GAAP net income per diluted share of $0.52 for the previous year.
• Operating cash flows and adjusted free cash flows for the year ended January 31,
2021, were positive $78.2 million and $113.5 million, respectively.

Descartes Acquires QuestaWeb
Descartes Systems Group the global leader in uniting logistics-intensive
businesses in commerce, announced that it has acquired QuestaWeb, a
leading provider of foreign trade zone (FTZ) and customs compliance
solutions. Headquartered in the US, QuestaWeb provides cloud-based
customs and regulatory compliance solutions. QuestaWeb’s market
leading FTZ solution allows logistics services providers (LSPs) and
importers to automate processes and comply with US Customs and
Border Protection (CBP) regulatory requirements for operating a foreign
trade zone in the US. The FTZ solution can be operated as a standalone
module or as part of the company’s wider platform that helps importers
and LSPs manage the lifecycle of shipments.

DocuSign Announces Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year 2021 Financial Results
• Total revenue was $430.9 million, an increase of 57% year-over-year. Subscription
revenue was $410.2 million, an increase of 59% year-over-year. Professional services and
other revenue was $20.7 million, an increase of 23% year-over-year.
• Billings were $534.9 million, an increase of 46% year-over-year.
• GAAP gross margin was 76%, compared to 75% in the same period last year.
Non-GAAP gross margin was 80% compared to 79% in the same period last year.
• GAAP net loss per share was $0.38 on 189 million shares outstanding compared to $0.26
on 181 million shares outstanding in the same period last year.
• Non-GAAP net income per diluted share was $0.37 on 209 million shares outstanding
compared to $0.12 on 194 million shares outstanding in the same period last year.
• Net cash provided by operating activities was $62.2 million compared to $45.5 million
in the same period last year.
• Free cash flow was $44.0 million compared to $15.5 million in the same period last year.
Free cash flow includes a portion of the Q4'21 repayment of convertible senior notes of
$75.2 million.
• Cash, cash equivalents, restricted cash and investments were $866.5 million at the end
of the quarter.

"Fiscal 2021 was a milestone year for DocuSign. We became a pillar of the 'anywhere
economy' that lets people increasingly do anything in life and work from anywhere,"
said CEO of DocuSign. "In the process, we grew our business nearly 50%, reached
almost $1.5 billion in revenues, and achieved a record net retention rate of 123%. We

IFS, announces it has signed a definitive agreement to purchase Axios Systems PLC, a global

Finavia is moving towards the final stages of the large development programme of Helsinki Airport. The investment programme that started in 2013,
increases among other things the terminal area by 45%, growing baggage handling and passport control capacity by 50%. The investment strengthens
Helsinki Airport’s role as a bridge between Europe and Asia, positioning the group to capture future demand. The development programme has been an
opportunity for modernizing Finavia’s technology infrastructure, e.g. check-in and boarding systems with Amadeus as it supports Finavia’s aim to deliver an
exceptional passenger experience. Finavia serves more than 50 airlines that operate scheduled flights and their ground handling companies and has over 600
check-in desks at the airports. The airport company chose Amadeus Flow, an integrated cloud solution, to modernize all aspects of passenger handling
including software, hardware and services. With the new cloud platform, a single internet link connects Finavia’s airports to Amadeus where any airline
application can be easily deployed in a matter of hours. Frictionless payment allows travelers to pay more easily with contactless technology. This is just one
example of an additional innovation delivered via Amadeus and the first to be implemented. Amadeus’Airport Pay solution will be deployed from the cloud
allowing passengers to pay for ancillary services such as extra baggage or lounge access conveniently and in a contactless manner at all check-in desks.The
flexibility of the cloud infrastructure means that Finavia, airlines and ground handling companies can easily open, close or move check-in desks, boarding
gates or services with agility in response to fluctuating passenger demand caused by COVID-19. This agility will also be used to better cope with seasonal
demands at airports like Lapland, where passengers will be able to check in and even drop their bags from Lapland’s hotels in future.

Amadeus and International Airlines Group (IAG) have partnered to announce their commitment to drive advanced travel retailing through
NDC. Through the agreement, content from IAG operators, including British Airways, Iberia, Aer Lingus and Vueling, will be made
available for travel sellers, agents and corporations through the Amadeus Travel Platform via Amadeus’ NDC-enabled solutions. British
Airways and Iberia NDC connections to Amadeus are targeted for the second half of this year, with Vueling following in 2022. Further
information about Aer Lingus implementation will follow in due course. This agreement is another milestone in Amadeus and IAG’s
strategy to embrace digital retailing practices. It allows for an improved user selling experience and access to current and future
personalized offers such as, Additional Price Points (continuous pricing). Both organizations have already started to work on the
integration of IAG’s NDC content into the Amadeus Travel Platform. This will ensure that agents worldwide will be able to search,
compare, book, and service IAG NDC content in one merged display through their go-to Amadeus solution. This agreement is another
important milestone for NDC’s adoption across the industry. Now more than ever, there is a need for more scalable end-to-end solutions

Subscription revenues were $470.3 million, an increase of 36% from the previous year. • GAAP operating loss was $166.6 million, compared to a GAAP operating loss of $73.4 million for the previous year. Non-GAAP operating income was $52.7 million, compared to a non-GAAP operating income of $31.9 million for the previous year. • GAAP net loss was $180.1 million, compared to a GAAP net loss of $90.8 million for the previous year. GAAP net loss per basic and diluted share was $2.63, compared to a GAAP net loss per basic and diluted share of $1.45 for the previous year. Non-GAAP net income was $55.7 million, compared to a non-GAAP net income of $36.6 million for the previous year. Headquartered in the US, QuestaWeb provides cloud-based customs and regulatory compliance solutions. QuestaWeb’s market leading FTZ solution allows logistics services providers (LSPs) and importers to automate processes and comply with US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulatory requirements for operating a foreign trade zone in the US.   • 8. Financial, M&A Updates IT Shades Engage & Enable DocuSign Announces Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year 2021 Financial Results • Total revenue was $430.9 million, an increase of 57% year-over-year. Subscription revenue was $410.2 million, an increase of 59% year-over-year. Professional services and other revenue was $20.7 million, an increase of 23% year-over-year. • Billings were $534.9 million, an increase of 46% year-over-year. • GAAP gross margin was 76%, compared to 75% in the same period last year. Non-GAAP gross margin was 80% compared to 79% in the same period last year. • GAAP net loss per share was $0.38 on 189 million shares outstanding compared to $0.26 on 181 million shares outstanding in the same period last year. • Non-GAAP net income per diluted share was $0.37 on 209 million shares outstanding compared to $0.12 on 194 million shares outstanding in the same period last year. • Net cash provided by operating activities was $62.2 million compared to $45.5 million in the same period last year. • Free cash flow was $44.0 million compared to $15.5 million in the same period last year. Free cash flow includes a portion of the Q4'21 repayment of convertible senior notes of $75.2 million. • Cash, cash equivalents, restricted cash and investments were $866.5 million at the end of the quarter.
