Rimini Street Announces Fiscal Fourth Quarter and Annual 2020
Financial Results
• Revenue was $87.8 million for the 2020 fourth quarter, an increase of 15.4% compared to $76.1 million for the
same period last year.
• Annual Recurring Revenue was $349 million for the 2020 fourth quarter, an increase of 15.4% compared to $302
million for the same period last year.
• Active Clients as of December 31, 2020 were 2,487, an increase of 20.6% compared to 2,063 Active Clients as of
December 31, 2019.
• Revenue Retention Rate was 92% for both the trailing 12 months ended December 31, 2020 and for the
comparable period ended December 31, 2019.
• Gross margin was 61.8% for the 2020 fourth quarter compared to 60.2% for the same period last year.
• Operating income was $4.5 million for the 2020 fourth quarter compared to $1.6 million for the same period last
year.

Honeywell To Acquire Majority Stake In Fiplex, Expanding Its Public Safety
Wireless Communications Portfolio For Buildings
Honeywell has signed an agreement to acquire a majority stake in Fiplex
Communications, Inc., a Miami-based company that develops
in-building communications systems, including bi-directional amplifiers
(BDAs) that provide continuous and critical in-building radio coverage
in challenging environments to improve the safety of first responders and
building occupants. The acquisition will expand the in-building
connectivity and communications solutions that Honeywell provides to
its customers. Fiplex's solutions will become a platform of innovation for
Honeywell wireless technologies. The building communications
industry is a fast-growing segment, largely driven by the adoption of
enhanced fire codes. Its growth is expected to accelerate with the
adoption of advanced technologies that will continue to change how
building data is exchanged with various stakeholders.

French software developer Caldera has this month launched the latest iteration of its award-winning RIP software, CalderaRIP Version14.1. Included in the upgrade is a
range of new features that have been designed to improve accuracy and expand users’ capabilities in digital cutting and printing. PS and EPS file processing is also
enhanced with a 10 percent speed boost for faster, more efficient workflows. The improvements to the PS and EPS workflows are provided by the new embedded

GE Renewable Energy plans to open new offshore wind blade manufacturing
plant in Teesside, United Kingdom

GE Renewable Energy announced that it plans to open a new blade manufacturing facility in Teesside in the North East of
England. LM Wind Power plans to set up and operate this plant which will be dedicated to the production of its 107-meter-
long offshore wind turbine blades, a key component of GE’s Haliade-X, the most powerful offshore wind turbine in operation.
Terms of the construction and financing of the new plant are in advanced stages of negotiation between the interested parties.
GE Renewable Energy estimates that this new plant, set to open and start production in 2023, could create up to 750 direct
renewable energy jobs and up to 1,500 indirect jobs in the area to support the entire value chain needed to operate this facility.
This announcement and commitment support the UK government’s plan to develop jobs, infrastructure, and supply chains to
reach its goal to commission 40 GW of offshore wind power by 2030 and become a global leader in green energy. As part of
that plan, Teesside has just been designated as one of the UK’s newest freeports. GE Renewable Energy’s new blade
manufacturing plant will be located on Teesworks, an ideal location to serve the vast offshore wind potential of the North Sea.

single provider for both its SAP Application Management and Support Services, Iguatemi’s IT department is able to focus its available resources

Tekla Software helps Eversendai complete Statue of Unity’s construction
two months ahead of schedule

Global construction technology leader Trimble said that its structural engineering software, Tekla Structures helped complete the
construction of ‘The Statue of Unity’a full two months ahead of schedule and with a 25% efficiency gain. Located in Narmada district
of Gujarat, ‘The Statue of Unity’ is dedicated to Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, India’s first Deputy Prime Minister and a venerated
freedom fighter. At 182 metres, it is the world’s tallest statue and is more than double the height of the Statue of Liberty in New York.
The contract for this statue’s structural steel framework was awarded to Eversendai, the leading global organization in undertaking
turnkey contracts. The company extensively relied upon Tekla Structures’ truly constructible technology to complete the statue in
record 33 months, a full two months ahead of schedule. The ‘Statue of Unity’ project holds the distinction of being among the fastest
to be completed. This ambitious project required 210,000 cubic metres of cement, 18,500 tonnes of reinforced steel, 6,500 tonnes of
structured steel and 1,850 tonnes of bronze cladding. It also involved multiple teams working simultaneously and Tekla software
made multi-nodal real-time teamwork possible, which not only eliminated the clashes at an early stage but also contributed to
completing the project with a 25% overall efficiency gain.

Honeywell announced a suite of enhanced supply chain software, featuring digital disruptors, to provide a powerful solution to
increase efficiencies and deliver better customer experiences. The supply chain suite, which can be installed on Honeywell mobile
computers, is designed to help mobile workers throughout the retail, manufacturing, pharmaceutical and transportation and logistics
industries become more productive and make actionable decisions. The company has partnered with FarEye, a low-code SaaS
platform, to provide its intelligent delivery management software as a service platform to Honeywell mobile computer users. FarEye
allows mobile workers with devices to manage, visually track and monitor delivery logistics operations. FarEye works with major
retailers, carriers and consumers around the world to provide higher control on their delivery operations and provide superior
experience to end customers. The software suite also includes Honeywell’s Operational Intelligence software platform, which enables
workers and enterprises to predict upcoming problems before they happen and gain key business insights. The software now has a
Smart Actions feature, alerting workers on how to resolve and address business issues – be it hardware issues or ensuring social
distancing guidelines are being met – when they happen.

Honeywell's Newest Turbogenerator Will Power Hybrid-Electric Aircraft,
Run On Biofuel

Honeywell announced it is developing a power source for hybrid-electric aircraft, planned for demonstration later this year. At 280 pounds,
the Honeywell 1-Megawatt generator weighs about the same as a motor scooter but delivers enough energy to power an entire neighborhood
block. This generator will be combined with the Honeywell HGT1700 auxiliary power unit, currently flown on every Airbus A350 XWB, to
form a turbogenerator 2.5 times more powerful than the version the company unveiled in 2019. The new turbogenerator from Honeywell will
be able to run on aviation biofuel, including Honeywell Green Jet Fuel, which is chemically similar to fossil fuel but made from more
sustainable alternatives, as well as conventional jet fuel and diesel. Honeywell's turbogenerator can be used to operate high-power electric
motors or charge batteries and can satisfy missions from heavy-lift cargo drones to air taxis, or commuter aircraft. The first demonstration of
this turbogenerator system will occur in the third quarter of 2021, with ongoing development and qualification to follow. Traditionally, aircraft
use fuel-burning engines to mechanically turn rotors, propellers or fans. Many new designs, however, use a distributed electric propulsion
architecture, in which many electric motors can be tilted or turned off for vertical takeoff and horizontal flight. A Honeywell turbogenerator
can provide electric power for multiple electric motors anywhere on an aircraft.

Honeywell announced the expansion of capabilities of its MAXPRO® Cloud portfolio with the launch of MPA1 and MPA2, access control panels that offer
cloud, web-based or on-premise hosting options. MAXPRO Cloud is a cloud-based security solution designed for multi-site small-to-medium-sized
businesses, that provides effective and efficient security and safety, while minimizing IT costs and future-proofing investments. The solution integrates
access control and video into an integrated and easy to use platform and is used to protect multisite retail, franchises, multi-tenant commercial and residential
properties, schools and churches. With features such as global credential management, automated reporting and remote management of doors and schedules,

• MPA1, a single door POE powered controller is easy to install, operate and maintain, thanks to its unique edge installation design and its dedicated Device

Status LED diagnostics. In addition, the embedded web interface allows the MPA1 to operate in stand-alone mode in single and multi-panel solutions.
• MPA2 is a cloud, and standalone access control panel for two door access control. The MPA2 panel features enhanced security due to a 128-bit AES
encrypted bi-directional Open Supervised Device Protocol (OSDP) communication with access control readers. This combination of features – bolstered by
an intuitive, browser-based user interface – gives customers an easy-to-use and secure site-access system. Users can manage MPA2 securely using Ethernet
or Internet connections.

meters to provide fast, accurate tenant billing or to optimize a building’s energy use. The initial offering, Honeywell E-Mon Class 6200 Pulse Meter, is a compact submeter that
is versatile, field configurable and reliable with revenue-grade accuracy for better cost distribution. The Honeywell E-Mon Class 6200 energy meters are easy to use, with an
app-guided installation process, commissioning and troubleshooting, as well as built-in cybersecurity to protect against attacks. The Honeywell E-mon Class 6200 submeters
help protect data integrity, both on-site and online, with a lockable enclosure and encrypted communications to securely exchange data between the devices and app functions.
Installers and planners benefit from straightforward, quick commissioning and troubleshooting via the E-Mon app. The app allows installers and planners to:
• Configure all meter settings;
• Monitor meters via Bluetooth;
• Use available templates to improve multi-meter commission timing;
• Plan for entire projects using provided BIM and CAD data for the E-Mon range; and
• Recognize errors automatically and receive easy-to-follow suggestions as to how to solve them.
The app also allows facility managers and building owners to automatically take readings. The Honeywell E-Mon Class 6000 meters can be integrated into Honeywell

GE Renewable Energy to supply DC-Coupled system to Convergent for
123 MWh hybrid solar plus storage project in Upstate New York

GE Renewable Energy announced that it has been selected by Convergent Energy + Power (Convergent) to provide an integrated
solar inverter and energy storage package that will use a DC-Coupled system, for a 123 MWh hybrid solar plus storage project
across three sites in Upstate New York. In aggregate, these projects will be the largest hybrid solar plus storage system in New
York by a single owner. Construction on the hybrid systems has begun and is expected to reach commercial operation in the
summer of 2021. GE will also provide a twenty- year service agreement. These paired solar and storage projects support New
York State’s clean energy goals by providing renewable energy to the grid at the most strategic times. Pairing energy storage with
solar PV will allow New Yorkers to access solar energy whether or not the sun is shining and reduce the state’s reliance on power
plants during peak demand hours. The system will use a direct DC-coupled configuration, with a single inverter and single point
of interconnection shared by the solar array and the storage system, helping improve the overall energy output of the hybrid
system while optimizing equipment and installation costs, and increasing the overall system reliability.

Honeywell Secures New $476 Million Engine Production Contract For
U.S. Army Chinook Fleet

Honeywell has won a 4-year IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity) contract for new production and spare T55-GA-714A
engines that power the U.S. Army's CH-47 Chinook helicopters. This $476 million contract award will ensure that the U.S.
Army's Chinook fleet has spare engines to support future missions and available engines for Boeing's Philadelphia Production
Line through 2024 to serve the U.S. Army and foreign partner nations' new aircraft requirements. The engines will be assembled
and tested at Honeywell's production facility at the company's Aerospace global headquarters in Phoenix. Securing this engine
production contract follows a milestone year for the T55 engine. In 2020, Honeywell won a competitive repair and overhaul
contract for the T55. In addition, Honeywell completed a new, world-class engine repair and overhaul facility in Phoenix. That
move allows the repair and overhaul work on the T55-GA-714A engine to be fulfilled in the same location as new engine
production. The T55 center of excellence provides for a shared workforce, facilities, and engineering resources between both
engine lines and delivers up to 20 engines per month to the U.S. Army, foreign military and commercial customers.

Kongsberg Wins Contract To Equip Us Wind Turbine Installation Vessel

Kongsberg Maritime has won a US $40 million contract to supply a comprehensive integrated technology solution for
a Wind Turbine Installation Vessel (WTIV), to be built at Keppel AmFELS shipyard in the USA. The ship, which is
being constructed for US energy company Dominion Energy, is expected to be delivered by the end of 2023 and will
be among the largest of its kind. The new WTIV will be able to transport and install several sets of next-generation
wind turbines and their foundations. It will be the first vessel of this type to be built according to the requirements for
renewable offshore energy production defined in the United States’ Jones Act. Kongsberg Maritime will deliver an
integrated solution, with motion control, propulsion and dynamic positioning to ensure the best possible operation in
all conditions. In addition, the company will supply propulsion, deck machinery, electrical and automation systems,
together with telecommunications equipment.

Kongsberg Maritime (KM) is delighted to announce that it has signed a NOK 70 million contract with Norwegian shipyard
Myklebust Verft to design and equip a new Live Fish Carrier (LFC) for live fish transportation company Sølvtrans. In support of this
and their long-standing collaboration, Sølvtrans has also signed a Long-Term Service Agreement (LTSA) with KM for maintenance
of their fleet. The new 5,000m LFC will be built to KM’s new NVC 390 design, with a clear focus on reduced emissions and enhanced
sustainability. This is reflected by the comprehensive KONGSBERG equipment package, which includes Promas propulsion,
generators, thrusters, electrical systems and automation. To date, KM has designed eight LFCs for Sølvtrans, with six previously built
or under construction at Myklebust Verft. With its headquarters in Ålesund on Norway’s west coast, Sølvtrans is the world’s largest
LFC company for the transportation of live salmon and trout, with plans to invest up to NOK 7 billion on 18 newbuild vessels by
2025. Sølvtrans has more than 30 years’ experience in the operation of LFCs, pioneering the use of a humane and cost-effective
closed system technology for the transportation and handling of live fish which greatly reduces the potential spread of infectious
diseases.

3D Systems & Huntington Ingalls Industries Collaborating to Qualify
Corrosion-Resistant Alloys for Direct Metal Printing

3D Systems announced it is collaborating with Huntington Ingalls Industries’ Newport News Shipbuilding division to develop Copper-Nickel
(CuNi) and Nickel-Copper (NiCu) alloys for powder bed fusion additive manufacturing. These new materials could allow Newport News
Shipbuilding to additively manufacture parts that are traditionally cast – reducing lead times by up to 75% to improve supply chain efficiency.
CuNi and NiCu are well-known alloys that are corrosion-resistant, which makes them ideal for marine applications. While parts produced with
these metals possess high strength and toughness over a variety of temperatures, they must currently be produced using traditional casting methods.
This requires very long lead times – sometimes in excess of 12 months – and multiple suppliers. If these alloys could be formulated for use with
metal 3D printing technologies, lead times for some of these parts could be reduced to a fraction of the traditional procurement time. Through this
materials development effort, 3D Systems is working with Newport News Shipbuilding to select the alloy composition, design the process
parameter experiments, and qualify parts which includes tensile and other material testing. With these new materials, Newport News Shipbuilding
will be able to use their metal AM solution to produce replacement parts for castings as well as valves, housings, and brackets. With the successful
use of these materials demonstrated, 3D Systems anticipates they will be added to its materials portfolio to address a breadth of applications where
corrosion is a major concern such as oil and gas production and refining, and utility energy production.

Honeywell announced it has established a research partnership with Syracuse University to fund research on emerging indoor air quality technologies.
The partnership will include the naming of a Honeywell Indoor Air Quality Laboratory at Syracuse University's College of Engineering and Computer
Science which will be used by researchers to help create healthier and safer building environments. Air quality is essential to a healthy building. It can
impact occupant health and productivity, energy efficiency and real estate value. The quality of air is affected by the presence of pollutants in the indoor
environment that may cause harm. When IAQ is poor, occupants can experience a drop in productivity as well as adverse health effects such as asthma
and bronchitis. The concentration of some pollutants can be two to five times higher indoors than typical outdoor concentrations. The Honeywell Indoor
Air Quality Lab at Syracuse University will be used to solve several research objectives to determine the impact of air quality on human productivity
and creativity. Faculty will use the lab to conduct direct, side-by-side comparisons of next-generation indoor air quality improvement technologies and
advanced building systems, in a controlled practical building environment, to provide a comparative analysis of the technologies based on key IAQ
parameters measured by sensors and through AI-driven HVAC controls. The research will include characterizing and evaluating IAQ sensors. The
research will help building owners and operators better determine the right technologies to meet specific building conditions and goals.
