This document presents a research study on a hybrid system that generates electricity using both solar panels and wind turbines. The study aims to evaluate the benefits of such a hybrid system compared to standalone solar and wind systems. It develops a mathematical model to optimize the design of the hybrid system based on parameters like solar panel area, wind turbine capacity, and battery capacity. The study finds that a hybrid system provides more reliable power than single renewable systems and can reduce costs by leveraging the strengths of both solar and wind energy sources.
