THIS IS A SMALL INSTITUTIONAL START-UP BY JU
HOTEL MANAGEMENTS STUDENTS. EVERY
MONTH THEY OPEN A BAKERY SHOP FOR FEW
HOURS AND SELL PRODUCTS PREPARED BY
THEM. THE OBJECTIVE OF THIS IS TO GIVE AN
IDEAABOUT THE START-UP AND TO LEARN
HANDLING BULK ORDERS AND INCREASE
THERE ENTERPRENEURSHIP.
4. • IT WAS STARTED BY THE STUDENTS IN 2016 TO
IMPROVE THERE ENTERPRENEURSHIP AND TO
MAKE PEOPLE AWARE ABOUT THE HOTEL
MANAGEMENT COURSE.
• IN BUDDING BAKERS THE STUDENTS PREPARE
HANDMADE BAKERY PRODUCTS THAT THEY SELL
IN THE EVENT ORGANISED BY UNIVERSITY AND
THE PROFIT EARNED IS USED BY THE STUDENTS
FOR THIER INDUSTRIAL VISITS, NEW
EQUIPMENTS AND MANY OTHER THINGS.
• THE BUDDING BAKERS ALSO HAVE A SHOP IN THE
CAFETERIA WERE THEY SELL THE PRODUCTS TO
THE STUDENTS, BUT CURRENTLY DUE TO COVID
IT WAS CLOSED & NOW WILL BE OPENING SOON.
5. • THE BUDDING BAKERS OPENS THEIR
STALLS AT THE RYTHM,
INTERDEPARTMENTAL EVENTS,
FRESHERS PARTY, FAREWELL AND
ETC.
• THE MAIN MOTIVE OF BUDDING
BAKERS IS TO GAIN EXPERIENCE IN
FOOD PRODUCTION AND
ENTERPRENEURSHIP.

•THE ITEMS WHICH WE BAKE ARE HYGIENIC AS IT IS MADE IN OUR
COLLEGE’S KITCHEN,
•IT IS ALSO VERY CONVENIENT TO BUY THE ITEMS FROM OUR BAKERY
BECAUSE OF ITS EASY LOCATION,
•OUR BAKERY PRODUCTS ARE GOOD IN TASTE AS IT IS TAUGHT BY OUR
CHEF.

SHORTENING THAT MAY BE SWEETENED
OR SAVOURY.
• PUFF;- A LIGHT FLAKY PASTRY, USED FOR
PIE CRUSTS, CANAPÉS, AND SWEET
PASTRIES.
