In 2007, Harish was one of the early users of LinkedIn in
Singapore when he started working as an Executive Search
Consultant fresh out of University. Thanks to LinkedIn, he
closed his first Headhunting assignment which happened to
be with a major bank that had not been filled for more than
half a year, in under six weeks.
In 2013, Harish left his job with a governmental organisation
after four years of service to work for himself as a
Professional Futurist and a Coach. He would not have been
able to survive, had it not been for what LinkedIn has made
possible for businesses today.
A key service Harish delivers as a Coach, is that of Career
Coaching, particularly to mid-career or transitioning
Professionals from varied backgrounds, ranging from Tech to
Aviation. His Career Coaching engagement encompasses
Personal Branding and Online Identity for the client, including
through the optimal use of LinkedIn.
