Subject: Progress Report on the Protection and Reproduction Facilities of the Giant Panda.
PURPOSE
Giant Pandas are globally known to be a species that is in the brink of extinction. Not for thousands, but for millions of years these self surviving pandas have been living in the high mountains to only face the situation of their possible death. Their habitats were ravaged and disintegrated by poachers, roads, and railroad companies. By human meddling this species has come down to a population of less than 2,000 in number. Just to understand the gravity of this situation, “it's estimated that 70-80 million dogs and 74-96 million cats are owned in the United States. Approximately 37-47% of all households in the United States have a dog, and 30-37% has a cat.” (Source: ASPCA) Though those are domesticated animals, this gives us a sense of how crucial it is to start repopulating the loveable pandas. I and a team of esteem engineers have partnered with Reproductive and Fertility Specialist of the Ailuropoda Melanoleuca or also known as the Panda Bear. We will engineer facilities to meet the needs of our “patients” to bring up the population. As the panda bear only has 2 to 3 days of fertility, our facilities are specified and designed to be state of the art in technology. The planned habitats will also include: “water-cooled grottos [that] have cold-water pipes in the walls that provide a cool respite, low trees and shrubs that provide shade and cover, fog groves that create a misty retreat from the heat of Texas, pools and streams that offer refreshing dips on hot days, as well as rocks and fallen trees allow for climbing and exercise.” ("David M. Rubenstein Family Giant Panda Habitat") Below you will see our slow and steady progress as well as our future tasks.
WORKS COMPLETED

PROBLEMS OR UNEXPECTED COMPLICATIONS
It was quite difficult to get in contact with the governor of
China. I needed to talk with the Nation’s President in order to
arrange a web chat. Getting into the White House was also not
an easy task. Because of the strenuous circumstances it took 1
year to get everything in order. The million dollar contract only
allowed our facility of 2 Pandas. This was such a problem for
us, because we had anticipated a Panda family, or at least 2
males and one female. This pushed us further to find the best
Fertility and Reproduction Specialists in the Nation. Therefore,
we got in contact with the only other 20 facilities in the US that
held Pandas. For the reason I was close to the President, this
was only a slight set back. Continuing, the interviewing process
did take up much longer than anticipated. Though contracts
were made for each individual, many were delayed in the actual
process of working as the background checks took a month in
total for each employee screened. Also for the rigorous process
of our employee screenings each individual had a set of
interviews. With 2 interviews the process was also made a
longer deal. Though because we were so strict in the hiring
process, the statement sent to PETA was a strong statement. In
conclusion, as of recent, everything else seems up to par. The
overall 2 year plan is still in effect despite our small
complications.

Follow-up Research
When dealing with various reports and career-defining projects,
the process it takes to meet the individual needs of each stated
requirement is an important process by itself. For this reason,
making follow-ups shows that one is interested in seeing the
6. way things will work out eventually as a result of the increased
attributes within the society. As noted in the proposal, the only
way of achieving success in any project is by conducting more
research on a topic, noting the various features needed within
the topic of concern and establish new measures that improve
the individual attributes of the topic in discussion. The laying
out of the proposal requires an increased concentration on the
important parts of the topic because the goal is to come up with
a project that succeeds. The methods followed have to auger
well with the intended achievements, something that works best
by making the best choice for the design in progress. Many
issues taking place in the writing of a project fail to materialize
when the design does not fit the topic of discussion and does
not improve on the major attributes within the scholarly
expectations of the society.
The process of coming up with a good project is a tedious one
for starters. It is important to get the best plan that will allow
for an increased understanding of the issues intended for the
intended progress. The materials needed for the success of the
project had to start with the assemblage of working space that
would be used for the analysis of the results attained (Cohen &
Arieli 424). The first thing was to get the writing materials, get
a good computer for easier automation of results and analysis of
the results, and lockable cabinets to store the results and
materials. The company as a way of allowing me to get the
needed support from my colleagues allocated the room needed
for this process. I was able to make the needed changes and
even conduct my research in this room.
I had to write my interview questions and print them out to use
with my respondents. I had some questionnaires sent out as a
way of allowing easier understanding of the coherent measures
used when dealing with such a research. The main idea was to
improve on the collection methods (Rowley 264). The chosen
methods were easy to administer, and even though interviews
took up time, they were better at getting more information
through seeking clarifications from respondents. I knew this
7. would take time, but I needed to make better choices as I
worked towards the handling of the main issues affecting the
society as noted in my proposal. I needed insight from those in
authority as well as those affected to make recommendations on
what to do when the process becomes analyzed (Cohen & Arieli
426). I had an opportunity to meet these needs while making
new changes as well as getting more advice along the way.
Given that my literature review was already in place, I had a
few notions of what was needed and the best way of handling
the situation as a whole. The outlines needed to enhance the
project objectives were only best worked on through the
creation of new strategies and these were needed when working
towards a better social understanding of the situation at hand
(Petschler 167). The only way of making a project successful is
to get prepared and work towards maintaining a positive
attitude, especially when conducting interviews. Some of the
people may have different attitudes that could affect the flow of
the whole session. Questionnaires require permission from the
intended respondents and the provision of confidentiality
statement to assure respondents of their privacy. I did all this
and made sure that the respondents were aware of their rights.
The university board was very clear on these stipulations, and
so was my company. The safety of all involved persons was
paramount (Petschler 167-8).
After conducting my interviews and receiving my
questionnaires, the analysis process began with the use of the
SPSS analytical model playing a huge part in the process. The
important part of this analysis was coming up with the
correlations between the growth of the business attributes
needed to attract clients based on their purchasing habits. In
business, every company wants to make the biggest sale and
increase its profits by the largest margin (Petschler 169). This
only happens if a company can attain the requisite measures
needed to achieve the large margins. By working on this
proposal, I will be helping my company to realize some of the
tricks needed to improve on our sales as well as increase
8. chances of gaining clients that are more loyal. I learned that
clients want better customer relationships and companies must
be willing to listen to their demands as well as contribute to the
achievement of their desires (Alam 187). The idea is to create
new trends that will boost an understanding of the main issues
within the society. The growth of any business depends on how
well an individual can work on it to spread the benefits to the
societies as well. The building of a stable working relationship
only emanates from making the choices needed to ascertain such
attributes. The results needed critical analysis as a means of
getting to meet the objectives stipulated.
The findings were critical to my company, and the proposal was
only complete if the findings were evaluated based on the
present business models. The problems noted in the process
could only be achieved by making the right choices as well as
create new trends that ought to be accentuated by the
achievement of the objectives (Alam 189-90). Therefore,
working towards a conclusion that would associate the results
with the intended objectives would provide a better ending and
understanding of the project as a whole. Ideally, a majority of
the issues taking place can only be understood through thorough
research methods. The methods needed for such a research were
only feasible based on the objectives noted within the social
developments of the society. Understandably, the only means of
making such decisions is by allowing the company to recognize
the intended benefits, something that will also inspire support
from all quarters.
In conclusion, conducting a follow up after doing a project is
important because it provides an understanding of the
procedures and processes followed. The main problem is when
such procedures cannot be explained in the simplest terms
possible. The idea is to create new trends that can be understood
and met at the cheapest methods possible. The goal is also to
make one appreciate the process taken when conducting such
projects.
