Tables and chairs put to one side to
allow space for people to work.
Ensure all bags are pot under tables
or on chairs so there not in
anyone’s way.
Not letting too many people in the
library.
Making sure there is no food and
drink near the computers or plug
sockets.
Making sure all wires and cables
are tidy and compacted together in
an appropriate way so that there not
in anybody’s way or lying around
all over the floor.
I will go five minutes earlier
than everyone else to re arrange
the tables in a safer format.
I will also cordon of the area
which we will be using to
assure un-wanted people won’t
be in our way.
