• Try not to use spammy looking words,
if an email looks like spam it will end
up in spam eg urgent, free access,
money, win, increase sales, apply
now, $$$
• Instead of ‘unsubscribe’ have ‘update
subscription’ as unsubscribe can
trigger spam filters
