Personal Profile
Result-oriented, ambitious and hardworking with a strong focus on both team-based and personal
goals.
Leadership and development of organisations through sales is the key point of my career. In my
previous jobs I have worked both on the national and international level where I from scratch have
built and developed high performance sales teams. Through an acknowledging approach I create a
motivating and hard-working environment where people are proud of what they do, take
responsibility for what they do and look forward to come to work. An engaged and motivation staff
does not create itself, this comes through continuous coaching and development of competencies
which has proven successful at my previous and current place of employment.

Mar- Part of the Commercial Operations team and the Sales Management team for CEU and

- In charge of the entire Sales floor (30+ sales representatives) CRM usage
- Measure, learn and implement improvements for sales through KPI monitoring, sales
analysis and reporting in order to: save time and increase sales by improving internal
processes and strategies
