programming, designing and conducting promotions job planning and
policies.
• Updating Marketing Executives/Sales Representatives on the latest trends
and most effective marketing procedures.
• Training Marketing Executives/Sales Representatives on correct and most
effective reporting procedures.
- Conducting sales and marketing analysis of all Sigimo projects.
- Design and implement affiliate partnerships where needed and applicable for
the brand.
- Ensuring that Sigimo website is up to date and advising on changes to be
made.
- Developing a strategic marketing plan to meet goals and objectives of the
company.
- Developing and maintains marketing budgets.
- Planning and coordinates the marketing of current and new Sigimo tenant
marketing campaigns.
- Developing and coordinating production of marketing and promotional
materials and programs including but not limited to print, electronic media,
direct mail, and signage.
- Develops plans, programs and promotions to improve market penetration and
meet corporate objectives.
- Coordinating and managing market research and competitive analysis,
utilizes knowledge and prepares reports as needed.
- Assisting with development and maintenance of consistent corporate image
throughout all marketing and promotional materials and product lines.
- Staying up to date on overall activities of the team, identifying problem areas
and taking corrective actions where needed.
- Performs other duties assigned by Directors.
Specific Responsibilities and achievements-Selling, letting, sourcing and management of
residential and Commercial properties- Able to seal an average of
3(sales) Per month.
Ever made five sales in a month.
Ever sold a property worth Ksh. 79,700,000
- Coordinating departmental debt collection (Able to collect a minimum
Of Ksh. 5,000,000 in a week)
- Orienting and couching new team members to catch up with real estate
marketing and be able to deliver- Have successfully been mentoring new
member to satisfactory performance.
- Coordinating to ensure availability of marketing collaterals and planning for
departmental marketing events including Kenya Homes expo, open days,
activations and target marketing.
